My first time visiting a Pieology Pizzeria and you did not disappoint! Very clean. So many choices. Atmosphere was quite nice. The food delicious! We will most definitely be back and we highly recommend you give them a try. You won’t regret it!!

I came here for the first time tonight not expecting much and it was awesome! I was going to get takeout but the vibes were great so I switched to dine in. Zander was so nice and helpful. And the playlist was fire! The buffalo cheesy bread was so good. Thank you.

This is a classic build-your-own pizza spot.
In our experience, service was quick and the person who helped us was friendly.
You can see the oven and watch your pizza being made right in front of you, which is always a nice touch.
The flavor was good, but overall it felt a bit like a fast food chain, kind of like Subway.

This place is legit! It is the subway of pizzas. You can make your own pizza with very fresh ingredients. They cook it in the oven right before your eyes. I felt the value was outstanding, especially in Hawaii! We had a pizza with pretty much everything on it as well as cheese only and then we did a dessert pizza as well. I highly recommend Pieology!

Great pizza! It’s nice to have several options for crust. I haven’t tried it yet, but they even have a cauliflower crust. I tried the wheat crust and it was great! Lots of toppings and sauces to choose from and well. You could also make your own salad with lots of different stuff, but pretty standard fare. Try your salad with pesto, I made a believer out of my wife, I think you’ll like it too. I was pretty surprised about the price. Just given the area, u thought I would be paying more, but $26 for a pizza and a salad for two people wasn’t that bad!

Food was good. I chose my own topping but dough was stretched out so thin that the middle of the pizza was soggy. Still edible. Staff was polite and had a smile even though it was packed and they were trying to keep up. Dining area needed a bit of cleaning but understood considering how busy it was. Pricing is between 12.99- 14.99 and they have 10% off for military discounts.All in all it was ok 4 stars.

So the pizza itself was taste good, you see them make it right there in front of you and then you go sit down and they bring them to you when done. My family and I ordered 5 pizzas in total and we saw them prepare them ready to bake, but then they brought us only 4 pizzas. I first thought, oh maybe mine is just taking a bit longer, so I waited about 10 more minutes but no pizza. Then I saw a person that was waiting for his pick up pizzas and have been waiting there for a while after we were there waiting, and he got his pizzas and left while mine was still no way to be seen. I ask the young workers, who’s the same person that prepare them btw, if my pizza is done. He seemed at a loss and went to talk with the other two coworkers about it. All three of them seemed clueless about what happened with my pizza. While I’m watching all this going on while waiting for my pizza, I pieced together that most likely they accidentally give my pizza to the man that left a few minutes ago with his pizzas. I wasn’t mad because I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expect some kind of apology and solution to solve the problem/mistake. Well, I didn’t get non of that from either of the three workers there. After they seemed to be looking on there keep warm storage for take out pizzas and not being able to find it, the younger employee, which I asked for my pizza, went ahead and sit down an a table to talk with a couple of customers he seemed to know, the lady who was the cashier went to the back, and the other worker decided to keep making others pizzas. Meanwhile I was left waiting for a pizza that they seemed to not had any intention on bringing to me or an explanation. So I got up and went to the counter to ask the worker making others pizzas, if my pizza would be done anytime soon. The worker just looked left and right then quietly with no eye contact or saying anything to me, which to me it felt like I was being ignored, he kept putting cheese on the pizza that he was working on. Then I guess he got the message that I wanted my pizza that I already paid for, and won’t stop “bothering” them till I get it or something. So he then left the pizza he was making and went to look again in there take-out pizza warmer, then picked one and brought it to me and ask me if that was it. I said to him, ‘Well if that is a high-rise (thick) crust pizza with mozzarella cheese, sausage, and pepperoni, then I take it. Then he said to me: ‘ Well even if it isn’t, that’s all we got’. Now at that point I understood that they basically didn’t give a cent about me not having my pizza and aren’t even going to apologize. I basically got a Lady either take this pizza or nothing because we are done. I didn’t said anything and just took the pizza since at least it was the same toppings and kind of crust and took it without saying anything and else. I was already tired and hungry from waiting all that time for nothing, but unfortunately the pizza had so e sweet sauce all over it that I was not a fan of and did not ask on my original order. I hope that the owner or at least the manager reads this review and keep this in mind, your workers need basic customer service training or better said, they needs some basic human courtesy and respect to others. I attached the box of pizza they give me as a, Oh well, whatever take this or leave it, with dome Brent name, which btw that’s not my name.

Didn’t go in to eat so atmosphere is assuming. As far as the food and service!! Amazing!! Perfect seasoned meats, cheese was fresh and I had the calzone. Cooked to perfection!! I will return and I recommend it to everyone!

Delicious pizza. I really enjoyed cauliflower crust. I wish they had a beef topping option. And I recommend having them cook your pizza a few extra minutes, otherwise the cheese doesn’t melt on most of the deep dish so it’s more like an open face sandwich than a pizza.
