Not sure what I expected however, I don’t remember my runza being cut open like a sub sandwich and then filled with what I ordered. As a Nebraska native, growing up on runza’s, I clearly remember an enclosed pocket of goodness. Service was good, just not what it used to be.

Children running it. After waiting in the drive thru for a long time for just 1 burger. One of the employees walked my order to the window then turned around and sat it back on the counter. I had to watch as all the employees stood around chatting, never acknowledging me and still waiting for my burger. Finally, another employee grabs that same order and brings it to the window. I ask for a refund because at this point I don’t trust the people making my food and it’s been sitting for 10 minutes. Very unorganized and even no consideration for a waiting customer. They told me their manager went home sick and they can’t refund me but they will remake the order. I accepted that but instead of remaking it, they walked that order to the back and then walked it right back out to me. I will not eat it. My time waiting at the window I witnessed the kid that picked up my order, walked it to me then set it back down handle the trash multiple times in between making ice cream orders and handling food. Never washing his hands. Gross establishment, waste of time and money.

I wish I knew the young girls name who works the window early afternoon when I come by (she has short black hair with sides shorter and top a bit longer) because she knows mine! She has learned I like my cone after I get my drink and occasional poppers. She gives me the 2 preferred napkins and always has a friendly smile and happy demeanor. She makes my rough transition between shifts so much easier, and is often the only smile I see during the day. I have honestly become a regular strictly because she took the time to learn how I like my order handed to me and has a smile ready for me. Oh and the food and ice cream is is good quality too!

Right off the hyway very busy for lunch. All the kids working there were in sync, they were working as a team. There were 10 cars in like so I went inside. The restaurant was clean and I watched as the kids worked together to get those people through the drive thru quickly and efficiently. They did a great job! Kudos to the manager!
