Always great! Got here early to get some lunch and complete some work on an extremely hot day. This location got very busy over lunch but they kept up and there was hardly a wait time. Whether it is extremely hot, cold or something in between you cannot go wrong with Runza.

If you eat in here, the place is super clean with lots of windows. Staff is friendly, and good is always hot and fresh. Only reason for 4 * is the value for your money. Hamburgers and portions have shrunk.. I know it happens everywhere, but it seems worse here. Overall, much better service than Mcdonald’s or Wendy’s.

I ordered my onion rings to be extra crispy & they were PERFECT!!!! Thank you Runza for giving me what I wanted! When they are not extra crispy, I actually have a hard time eating them. My cheeseburger was exceptional as well. The north Runza is the BEST!!!!

Lol okay first off you guys close at 10 not 9:30 I used to work at runza I know how closing goes okay…. you shouldn’t have at your shake machine down for cleaning until 9:45 at the earliest, one thing you should’ve been taught was that you aren’t supposed to run out of burgers, chicken, cookies, ect. Unless you have none in the store at all. You guys did a horrible job tonight and I’m usually really nice about complaining about a fast food place cause like I said I’ve work here before… and when I say you did a horrible job tonight I mean horrible! You guys really need to be retrained on how to be courteous and professional not little jerks just cause someone came through 30 minutes before closing. But to get to the main point, you guys messed up my order pretty good and not necessarily in the forgetting things kind of way… I had ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich extra buffalo sauce when I got it out of the bag all of the other things I ordered were covered in buffalo sauce, when I actually opened my sandwich there was buffalo sauce everywhere but inside of it i mean sauce was all over the outside of the bun but not the inside. Then the cheeseburger I ordered was the runza way when I opened it guess what? No tomato or lettuce…. good job guys! My favorite part of my order was how you know how there was all the buffalo sauce everywhere… you guessed it my bag ripped and everything fell out. Good thing I was in my car when it happened….. Thanks for a whole mess tonight guys it means a lot… Here are some pictures for proof. I’ll be back in the morning to talk to your shift manager.

Very good, homemade bread, cooked cabbage with hamburger inside baked bun, sandwich name Runza! Originated in Nebraska, excellent food, always served hot! Hamburgers of different varieties also on the menu, drink, fries or frings “adds a few onion rings” and sandwich special usually $10. Store offers drive thru, eat in and carry out. Unlimited beverage refills when eating in! Great stop, located on “Business U.S. Hwy 30” and there is another Runza store in downtown Fremont, NE located on east Military St..
