Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

This place was packed during JCF days but the crew they had working there was on point!!! My food came out very quickly and it was hot and fresh. I miss eating here since we don’t have them in Texas, so thank you to the staff that was working on 7/9/22 around 2pm, you guys rock!!

Runza is one of my favorite fast food places, but specifically not this location. The workers don’t care and the health codes are not followed. I just got a burger from this location and I found a very long hair cooked into the burger. I tried to wash the feel of hair in my mouth out with my tea, but the flavor of the tea made it very clear that they don’t wash their tea container. I’ve never had any problems with any other location.

Had a double Swiss mushroom burger with bacon. It was amazing fresh and hot. My French fries were over cooked. Seems to be a problem lately. The establishment was clean and staff were friendly. I eat here once a week. Only complaint is my fries

I only eat Runza a couple time a year. But the last 2 times I’ve been there the foodhas been awful. Unmelted cheese on my cheese Runza and the onion rings are terrible. When I asked for Ranch I was told they don’t have it anymore, but then put 2 containers in my bag, which I was very excited about…..until I tasted it. I ended up throwing most of my meal away. Won’t be back.

The onion rings were terrible so much oil they were so bad. My runza I only ate a couple bites it wasn’t even cooked all the way. French fries were soggy and old. We used to love going here it was our favorite place to get food. We had a large order and ended up going inside because 7 cars all went threw drive threw and our food still wasn’t out. Sat for over 40 minutes waiting for them to bring it out to us

They were out of Runzas! I’m only giving 2 stars, rather than zero, because the young man working the counter was very patient with some kids ahead of us, counting a huge pile of loose change for their order. That was nice.
