Miami has so many restaurants and bars but lacks of more wine bar offerings.
As a wine enthusiast myself, I’m always down try new wine places. Ruka Wynwood has been on my radar for a while and I recently found out they have happy hours between 6-9pm, so what a better opportunity to give it a try. For a Wednesday night, they had a fair number of customers.
I sampled their happy hour red blend pour. It was mid body, somewhat complex but low on tannins which allowed for easy and smooth drinking. The fruit content was moderate. It was the perfect wine for an early night, to sip and hang out with friends. I pretty much enjoyed the two glasses I had.
Service was not the best to be honest. During the 1 hour I was there, no one checked on me. No one asked me if I wanted more wine, water or another pizza, etc.
I was hopping to have their charcuterie board paired with wine, but they had no charcuterie. I asked for the pizza options and hey only had one out of the 3 options on the menu, only the cheese pizza.
The pizza is not the best looking pizza, but it tasted delicious. The cheese was sort of smokey, that was delish. I would have that pizza again.

What a find! The music was the perfect level. I’m a wine lover so the menu had a great selection. If you love sushi this is a perf place for variety plates. I had a lovely gals night and would recommend for a low key but aesthetically pleasing evening! Ps. Alexandra our bartender was a gem to us and really added to the vibe of our evening

Ruka has quickly become my favorite wine bar in Miami! They’re serving excellent charcuterie plates with homemade focaccia, making authentic Argentinian choripanes with chimichurri, and the empanadas!! Their wine selection is a perfect blend of regional South American and European wines, truly something for everyone. Also a great place to throw a party or happy hour, the staff is so lovely and on point. Hope you love the little hidden gem as much as I do.

Ruka has become our favorite wine bar in Miami. So when we needed a place to host my husbands 40th birthday, it was a no brainer to contact the Ruka team. From the beginning they went above and beyond and were able to accommodate all our requests. I felt so relieved to know that Leandro and his team were on it. They thought of everything from building the menu, bringing in the food to hiring a photographer. The event was a huge success and our friends continue to tell us how great the party was!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful — each dish beautifully presented and bursting with taste. The drinks were just as impressive — creative, perfectly balanced, and a real treat. Huge shoutout to Santiago and Mati for their outstanding service! They were warm, attentive, and made the whole evening feel extra special. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a night out. Highly recommend — can’t wait to come back!

Food was great and wine was good. Happy hour prices were great! BUT, the lady at the bar handed me the machine to pay, no receipt expecting I wouldn’t realize there was a service charge for the bill, after I tipped them and got a notification for the charge I saw that it was not right, I asked her and she pretended she didn’t realized she put the service charge on the bill. Then I also realized she charged me for one extra glass of wine I did not order. If you go here, make sure you check the bill twice. They’re not honest.
