I went to Dutch on Clearwater and got my birthday drink this morning. It wasn’t what I ordered so as I was heading to Pasco, I stopped at the Dutch on Columbia Drive. I asked to switch it out for my correct drink, and the lady still charged me so now I paid for my birthday drink. And when I get up to the counter And they hand me my drink it’s not even what I ordered again and then when I asked them why they charge for remix The other lady said that they don’t, so I’m not quite sure why the Hispanic girl charged me for a remake of my birthday drink. Very weird and when people are paying a lot of money for coffee drinks, they should be getting what they order. It’s laziness when somebody orders chocolate drizzle to just squirt a bunch of chocolate on top of someone’s drink. Make that make sense. Eventually, the chocolate kind of melted down the side and incorporated itself into my drink, but originally it was just a bunch of chocolate squirted on top

I DON’T recommend the toasted, or HOT, cold brew, since mine as a mocha was horrible. However, DB always has the best customer satisfaction guarantee and will always remake it until it’s right. When I emailed customer service to check on their policy, the agent was even gracious enough to send me an e-gift card along with apologies.
And on the regular, my coffee is usually spot on and tastes great no matter which stand I go to.
