Excellent food and service! Went for breakfast and it is on of the best country breakfasts I’ve had in a while. Had to try almost everything so left with some to go boxes but 0 regrets. 10/10 would go again!

Loved the unique Fire Department theme. The owner was/is a fireman hence the decoration. Kinda reminds me of and pop diner. Very friendly wait staff. The food was very good and very cheap also.

Wife and I stopped today and had a great meal. Place was really busy and had a huge group that came in. Our waitress did a great job and food was great too. My wife had the patty melt with hand cut fries and I had the club with hand cut fries. The Rudy sauce was very good to. We look forward to stopping again soon. Keep up the good work!!

We were staying nearby on vacation and decided to stop by Rudy’s for dinner. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
After we sat ourselves per the sign, we sat for about 10 minutes without anyone greeting us, offering menus, or even acknowledging that we were there. Even with 3 employees actively walking around and past our table several times. We felt completely overlooked and honestly it was pretty ridiculous.
The table next to us was seated at the same time we were. They eventually received menus after waiting nearly 10 minutes as well. What really stood out was that about two minutes after dropping off their menus, the waitress returned to their table and asked, “Did I take your order?” — as if she couldn’t remember she had just brought them menus moments earlier.
Meanwhile, our table still hadn’t even been greeted or given menus. Not a hello, not eye contact, nothing.
At that point, we decided to get up and leave. First impressions matter, especially when you’re on vacation and looking forward to a nice dinner out. Sadly, this experience completely missed the mark.
We won’t be returning. We recommend NOT stopping.

A delightful lunch spot as we passed through town with our bachelorette party group of 8. We were immediately seated and served by friendly and helpful staff. Lots of food options, including a fun unique sandwich, the Haligan (Texas toast sandwich, with mac-n-cheese and BBQ pulled pork on it!) We loved the fire fighter theme decor, including the ladders hanging from the ceiling and diamond plate on the walls. I hope my travels bring me through here again for another great lunch!

We ordered crab cakes with mashed potatos and green beans as sides. It was very disappointing as the crab cakes tasted like stuffing and had more onion than crab in that. Also, the green beans tasted like it came straight from the can , and french fries were soggy, it seemed smushed as well, like it was seating there for a while before serving. Unfortunataly the only thing we really enjoyed eating was the pulled pork with mac&cheese sub, yet, very greasy.
The waiter was very friendly 🙂

Fun Diner, lots of fire fighter stuff. Gotta look everywhere. My favorite by far is the saw blade. Food was good, waitstaff was awesome. I’m gonna let ya in on a little nugget. There’s a basket of cookies at the register.A Peanut Butter and a Chocolate Chip. Grab one of each. Momma apparently makes then regularly. OMG!!! I am not a big fan of peanut butter cookies but I’d get fat eating hers. So good. Don’t miss the Duckpin bowling next door. You can order Rudy’s there too. We came back specifically to bowl at T bowl and eat at Rudy’s. We had breakfast on Friday it was so much food. I got Rudys big breakfast and couldnt eat it all. We drove around and did some shopping then hit T bowl to see our friend Amanda and get in some duckpin bowling. We then ordered food from Rudy’s and had it brought over to the alley so we could chat. Food was delicious. Met some of great folks at the bowling alley. Just good people. Thanks to Ian and Amanda for a great trip.

Our family was so excited to enjoy a good dinner after a long day of hiking. However, after waiting more than 20 minutes, no food had arrived at our table. We assumed they might be waiting for the fried chicken basket to finish so they could bring all our food out together, so we waited another 20 minutes, imagining fresh, hot food straight from the fryer and oven.
Unfortunately, the entire meal was a total disappointment — cold French fries, cold burgers, and extremely dry, old fried chicken that tasted like leftovers from the day before. SO DISAPPOINTED!

The restaurant had unique character, and a calm inviting environment. The customer service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The food tasted excellent, and everything from the appetizer to entree was served in a reasonable time. I recommend anyone in the area to stop by.
