Every time I dine at our local Bell, I always say “man, I have to get a review in here” because of how awesome our Bell is, and never do. I’m finally doing it. I don’t recall ever having a mix up with our order here. They always get it right for us! The service is super fast and super friendly. It’s always a great experience at our Taco Bell!

This is consistently one of the slowest Taco Bells in the area, but today takes the cake. I was at the counter for over 15 minutes before I gave up trying to make an order. There was no employee at the counter, despite asking for one. It was faster to get it back in my car and go to the drive-thru. I do not recommend this Taco Bell

Very fast and friendly service whether dining in, taking out, using drive thru, or mobile ordering for pick up. Manager Tommy makes sure the staff keep up with keeping everything clean and the night crew i encountered worked very smoothly together. I never was a fan of taco bell after a few bad experiences in the past with dirty restaurants and rude employees but this Magnolia store changed that. Being the picky eater I am they had no problem customizing my order for me.

Update, I should have learned from my last visit but my wife and Granddaughter was hungry. I order 6 soft Taco and someone there grilled them on the grill then put everything on the soft Taco. I was pissed when I got home. The nachos was softer then the soft Taco . Truly not coming back to this one even though it’s the closest to my house. See for yourself in the pictures. Hard edges and you can see the grille marks on the soft shell Taco on a soft Taco,really…. if I wanted hard I would have ask for hard Taco .

This used to be our favorite Taco Bell. Sadly, not any more. It is a popular Taco Bell but it is way understaffed. There was one guy at the counter. He was pleasant but overwhelmed. The counter was surrounded by many people waiting for their meals. So it was difficult to differentiate between those waiting for their meals and those trying to order. It took about 13 minutes to get to order. The restaurant was dirty. All tables had not been wiped down in a long time. The floor was dirty. The soda machine was out of many sodas. The counter where you pick up sauces had sticky sauce packs covered in sauce. Ewwww! The napkin dispensers were empty of napkins but filled with trash. When you asked for napkins at the counter, you received a three inch stack of napkins. Way too many even for me. We ordered two $7 boxes. The chicken chalupa shell was stale and hard. The taco was barely filled. The beef and bean burrito was nicely filled and was fresh and hot. The. Cinnamon Crisps were fresh on top and very old and stale from the middle to bottom of the bag. Both orders of the food were the same. We won’t be back until they clean up their act. If it is dirty where you can plainly see it, how dirty is it in the back where they are making your food? Hopefully others also take this stand. Do better Taco Bell! You have the potential to be great!

food was cold ! is it me or they so inconsistent on the meat or chicken portion on taco ..where paying almost $4 dollars a taco can i get some meat with that ,not
to mention i dont get lettuce on my tacos so im saving use time so when there nothing but shell its not enjoyable.my chicken quesadilla was sloppy as hell creamy jalapeño sause dripping everywhere like. I dont think ill be going to this store anymore

Ordered loaded beef nachos & received a gigantic hair wrapped in sour cream & beef . Threw it away because that’s foul. Husband said to call, but they mess up constantly & they can’t refund over the phone so I wasn’t driving back to the store over 2.99$. They consistently forget items so I’m used to being disappointed by them unfortunately lol. However, it’s Taco Bell, I’m not sure the bar is set that high when you’re placing the order regardless.
