Went to dinner with my husband. I have to say we were both extremely impressed. Our server Sherry was very attentive. We always had full drinks and she seemed to know what we wanted before we even asked for it. Our food was really good. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the salad bar was fresh with a lot of options. Oh and dessert was sooooo good! They were busy but on top of it. Kyle the manager stop by the table to make sure we had everything we needed and our experience was going well. We haven’t been here in a long time but we will definitely be back soon! They have definitely improved by 200% in the last couple of years. Between the great good and awesome staff this was the best date night we have had in quite some time. Thank you Ruby Tuesdays for making our night!

The server was super sweet and got us everything we needed. The food was amazing! I got the Cajun seafood. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The rice was so flavorful. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Branson!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Kami, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I sat down,she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Despite the restaurant being busy, she handled everything with grace and a smile.
What stood out the most was her knowledge of the menu. She was able to answer all my questions and even offered some excellent recommendations. The food was delicious, but it was Kami’s outstanding service that truly made the meal memorable.
I highly recommend visiting Ruby Tuesdays and asking to be seated in Kami’s section. You won’t be disappointed!”

Don’t let this being a franchise fool you. The menu was nice, the food was very good and prices were not bad for Branson. We actually ate here twice in the 10 days we stayed. Enjoy the salad bar

Was passing through and decided to stop at this location. Food was great customer service was AMAZING! Our server was named Kristen. She was very friendly, gave great suggestions and her laugh was contagious. Will definitely be coming back!

Once again, a trip to Branson to see the daughter, so once again we headed out to eat.
If you have never been to Branson in January, the strip is pretty dead on a Tuesday night. With that being said, we decided to try the Branson location of Ruby Tuesday’s.
Mrs. HB and I don’t go to the Springfield location very often because it’s not been very good for a while. So we were definitely curious to see how this would go.
The food was very good and I really like the two for 26 menu. The thing that made this trip special was our bartender / waiter Kendal. He was amazing!
Granted, with the restaurant being almost empty, he had lots of time he could spend with us. But I think you are going to see that amazing service anytime of the year. Likewise, the manager was very kind to give us a few minutes so that we could speak to him.
Overall a great experience.

We were ready to walk out. We stood in the foyer with another group of 3 for a good 10-15 minutes before anyone even came to greet us. Empty tables everywhere. Saturday night at 7 pm they should have been watching better. The manager Amanda was talking to a couple at their table laughing and having fun. Looked right at us but never came to help us until we said real loud guess we will go somewhere that wants our business.
Never came to our table after we received our food to ask how everything was but was asking others.
Glad we were just here for a few days because we definitely will not go back.

Stopped in for a quick drink and bite and immediately noticed the cleanliness and great atmosphere in the place! Kristen was our bartender and was the absolute best! So were the drinks and the food. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

The food is always hot and fresh when it comes out to our table. The servers are always laughing and smiling. Most of the time I’m always greeted by name a long with dozens of regulars here. More restaurants need adhere to the example they have at this location!
