Amanda was our server today and she gave top notch service! She was the most efficient server we have had in a very long time ! The salad bar was so tasty and offered so much variety ! Their manager politely made rounds and checked on tables to make sure we were comfortable and was happy with our selections. This type of service and overall experience was a real treat !

Having years of experience in a fine dining establishment, I can honestly say that my expectations are never met when opportunities arise and need attention. Customer satisfaction is always a priority and I can say the managers at this establishment want your dining experience to be nothing but great. To correct a situation that was not their doing to begin with shows their commitment to their dining guests. They also need to be credited for excellent communication between the managers and staff,I was in contact with 1 manager when I called back and he wasn’t available, the current one knew my situation and was more than willing to help me. I definitely will be returning after a fantastic experience that could have been a horrible one. One last praise, as I mentioned, I have worked in a steakhouse and the temperature of the customer preference is a very important part to get correct, so many places cannot or do not cook the order correctly, that is not the case here. Again another expectation that is rarely satisfied, they ask but its never right. When you cut into the delicious ribeye steak that is hot off the grill, how you ordered it is how it’s going to be brought to you. Steak eaters truly know and appreciate how important this is!!!

Took a while to find an employee, once did was super friendly and great service. Food was delicious! They were out of what I really wanted but we found a wonderful alternative and got part of what I wanted in there. So I was happy!! 4 meals, all enjoyed.

Robin is the server to go to. Shes sweet, stays on top of drinks, gives updates on the status of the food, all while helping other tables and she has a great smile.

Nice place. Doesn’t seem to have much for advertising since they are not on any map or billboard I have seen. They have a nice salad bar that you can add for a small fee. The place is big and can accommodate big groups. As for kids, mine now 13,12,7,6 had the normal kids food. The only one that didn’t like it was the 6 year old and he had the Mac n Cheese which was too spicy. To me it tasted like Queso was the cheese sauce with a little spice from peppers in the sauce. We had great service from the Waitress/ Bartender. They were a little slow so she was doing both.

We had one fantastic steak dinner, and David was an incredible waiter. I can’t remember a time that we had a more attentive and as polite of service. The entire meal was unforgettable from the start. We were so impressed that we asked to speak to the manager. We were just in town for a few days and have no immediate plans to be back in that area, but if our travels take us back, I will be stopping in again

We visited during a short family trip to Branson this past week. When we arrived, no one was at the door to greet us and we stood there waiting for a few minutes before being acknowledged. Once we were seated, we waited another 13 minutes for a server to approach our table. We placed a simple order of waters, two salad bars and a kids meal. The salad bar was scarce and it was only 5:00 PM! Limited dressings, no croutons, veggies were out and even the plates were gone! We brought it up to our waitress who told us that their truck had just arrived and they put fresh stuff out, but when we went back to the salad bar, nothing had changed. The kids meal took 20 minutes to arrive. Our drinks were never refilled despite asking. We redeemed a birthday dessert which our waitress was quite rude about when we asked for it to go since our toddler and infant were both ready for bed at that point. She also stated it’d be impossible to apply our military discount since she had already printed the ticket. Overall, very disappointed in the service and salad bar.
