Very empty at 9 pm on a Friday food was ok not a big fan of the grilled but the green beans were good. They do have gluten free buns for those of us with celiacs.

Great food and drinks but the salad bar alone is extremely over priced. I won’t be stopping in for a drink and salad bar again. I almost fell over when the bill came and it was $10.99 for a plate of salad bar. Ridiculous.

We went into the restaurant and we told we had to wait 15 minutes for a table when there was 15+ open tables. This was upsetting as we had previously left a restaurant for giving us a long wait time as well with open tables. We were then seated and we had our orders taken. My girlfriend asked for her steak medium rare and received it completely brown in the middle. Her father had asked for mushrooms on top of his steak and did not receive them. I also had to ask for the fries (my second side) as they didn’t come with the meal. We complained to the waitress and she had the manager come to our table. He personally remade her steak for her, got my fries, and made sure we had what we needed. He also comped her food and got all three of us free dessert. The food was excellent if the service was better this would’ve been a five star trip. Thankfully the manager made our time better.

This is a standard Ruby Tuesday. Had lunch here a couple of times within the last six months. The servers are friendly. On the last visit, we added 3 people after we were seated and all went smoothly. The food is good. We were here on a cold day and it was quite chilly in the restaurant, at least on the side we were sitting.

Well maintained, and good staff. Salad bar was kept fresh and clean. Had the steak special. It comes with dessert and salad bar. The dessert was nothing special, but I’m not a big dessert person anyways so probably not the best judge. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

This was our first time going here and will surely be our last. I ordered Asiago steak with mash potatoes, cooked med. It came to the table will blood all over the plate and with green beans. So I sent it back. My girlfriend ordered salmon and hers came back undercooked as well, she lost her appetite and didn’t eat until we got home. My steak came back and was still undercooked. It was just under med- rare cooked. At that point I ate it anyways. It did taste good though. The potatoes were horrible and I didn’t eat them. They tasted like watered-down instant potatoes. I also had the salad bar which was good and our server was nice. But this was one of our worst restaurants experience we. Have had and will not be returning.

We have been eating here quite a bit over the past years as we live very close. I think about 3-4 times per month. I order my steak medium rare and have never had food poisoning. The wait staff and hostess/host are friendly and attentive. However, there does seem to be quite a turn over in wait staff which didn’t seem to be happening when we first started coming.

We stopped into Ruby Tuesday’s after a move. Robin B. was our waitress. She was incredibly nice, very great with service and suggested your amazing salad bar. It was fantastic. GREAT staff here and a very nice experience. I will definitely be back. We were there on July 19th 2:30 PM.

Had a far better dinner experience here than on a previous visit a few months back. This time the salad bar was better managed and was kept restocked in a far more professional manner than in the past. Also the salad bar’s closing wasn’t done until almost closing time itself. Now I know that I’m probably going to return IF this franchise remains in business.

Service was very good. The food is decent and they gave a salad bar which is quite amazing. If you like salad go get some. We had great service when we were there. We’ve only been here twice, so not a ton of experience, but it was really good. Hope this helps! Thank you!
