After a full week of work and kids I came to the Moss Point Ruby Tuesdays and was not disappointed my sever/bartender Trista was amazing she handled the bar with great customer service and ensured I had everything I needed and didn’t miss a beat with the other customers in attendance. This will definitely be my spot to reset from the week with good food, good drinks and great customer service.

I had a very poor experience. I was alone so got seated in the bar area. The service was very poor. Once I ordered the waitress dropped off my food and she didn’t check on me again. In fact, I had to hunt the person down so I could pay my check. I ordered a small Riley and it was pathetic. It was maybe a 1/3″ thick and tough. The baked potato was cold. The salad bar was good. The restaurant was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Not an experience I would want to repeat

Brandy Is the Best Server We’ve Ever Had!
We had dinner at the Moss Point Ruby Tuesday, and our waitress Brandy was absolutely incredible. She’s only been here a couple of weeks, but you’d never know it — she was so kind, professional, and completely on top of everything. She kept my husband’s drinks full the whole time and even brought out our sauces before the food came, which was such a thoughtful touch!
Brandy is hands down the best server we’ve ever had at this location. Friendly, attentive, and just an all-around pleasure to talk to. Ruby Tuesday hit the jackpot hiring her — please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves!

Tried to place an order to go, was standing at the hostess station, no one would acknowledge me I looked over to the bartender who was extremely rude when saying there’s a 20 minute wait while turning her back to me. Management needs to deal with her. She definitely doesn’t need to be in the service industry. Tuesday night around 6pm

My experience today was so-so. I will say the husky manager that came in after lunch was friendly friendly.I got the smash burger for my veterans day meal and added a salad bar which was very tasty. when I ordered my burger I asked if it came with tomatoe and mayo, you can get it on the plate, ok great! I was the only one at the bar and tried to have small chat with the lady behind the bar, she wasn’t haven’t much to do with it. i did notice she spent more attention to her phone and never addressed me my whole visit. When my burger came up there was no tomato and I asked where my tomato was. she then went to the register and looked or did something and out on a plate was this excuse for a tomato, like it was my punishment for interupting her. I appreciate the fact that Ruby Tuesday offered us Veterans this meal. Not wanting to feel guilty or be ruse myself, I did leave a tip. Reason I normally don’t go out to eat.

Love this location due to atmosphere and it’s hardly ever too crowded when I’ve been but most importantly because I’ve had the pleasure of being served by the most personable attentive and friendly server named Leah! I will be returning more often with the hopes that she is working that night. She represents the company is a very good way and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Go see her and leave with a full belly and smile on your face!

Wonderful our waitress was Devine. Patient Kind.. we had our Dad with us 80 yrs old she was so kind to him. The food was nothing to write home about salad was good….. 8 ounce sirloin medium well, baked potato with butter and sour cream, salad bar. The steak was still bleeding. Food wasn’t worth the price at all
The price is too high for the low quality of food the baked potato had to be from the day before or possibly the day before that

I typically try to shy away from the big name chain companies and eat locally as much as I can. As I sit here eating the leftovers of my salad bar from the night before I cannot help but share my smile of it being edible and how fresh it still is.
We walked in, purchased our togo containers from the bar and the salad bar was being ‘adjusted’ by Bobby(spelling) about the time we wandered to it. I will admit it had a few things needing replaced at the time, but it seems like he was prepared and after a couple of rolls of his cart and adjustments the salad bar was ‘refreshed’ quickly.
Thank you to the staff and all involved. I did not catch the name of anyone else in our pace of the evening, but I did catch Bobby’s(spelling) name because he was playing a crucial role quite well and I noticed.
Be certain to give him a nod and I will be returning at some point.
