Very helpful new experience for sandwiches for me. I really enjoyed it ☺️. It’s very clean, and staff was friendly I got the Turkey BLT Large, White Bread, double cheese, avocado, Carmelized onions, Spinach with Dijon, comes with Turkey, Ham, and Bacon!

I had to place a relatively large order for my job for a luncheon. It was approximately 49 boxed sandwiches.
2 days before delivery i called and spoke to Tom to make sure we were good for the order and that he had received it. Tom was wonderful he was already preparing the boxes and labels. I double checked with Tom that delivery time was ok and Tom’s response was i will have it to ypu by 11 (i had requested 11:30).
Friday 11 am my cell phone rang and it was Colton the delivery driver with our food! Colton was so wonderful he unloaded everything and made sure I had what I needed.
During the set up of the luncheon I had several people stop in and ask where we got our food from. I told them Wich Wich in Suffolk!! The entire department enjoyed the food.
I called Tom to let him know everything was great and thanked him and Colton. Tom told me to stop in and ask for him next time I was in the area.
So I did today and got to meet Tom and see Colton again. Great customer service great food. I feel like Tom is someone I have known forever. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!!

Their fry machine is almost always DOWN! What’s so hard about replacing the fryer for French fries. Are you going bankrupt or something? It’s been like this for over a year. Is no one working on this?! I’ve went elsewhere just because we couldn’t get fries with the sandwich. Why advertise that you sell fries when you BARELY sell them.

They make a really great sandwich. The bathroom is very clean. I think the way that you order food here is unique. You fill out a little card and turn it in and pay. The cards doesn’t have prices or calories written on it unfortunately. I’m giving it a lower score mainly because the tea was Luke warm from the fountain drinks.

Great options for sandwich lovers who also are watching their carbs! We got our “sandwich” in a bowl, but I should have tried their “cloud bread” which is a no carbs, no sugar option. Didn’t see the large posters about this until after ordering! First time here, but definitely want to go back. Friendly service and very clean dining room.

Got to this location at 8:35pm (they close at 9pm). The Open sign was off and all the chairs were on top of the tables as if they were closed. Sat in front of the store and watched Customer walk up to the door and pull on the door, the door was also locked. Second Which-Wich location that we’ve been to in the past month that closes well before 9 PM. Associates were on the store cleaning up. If you’re not going to stay over till 9 PM, please change your business hours online to reflect accurate closing time.

Awful experience at a store that used to be top notch! Overcharged and then after that got corrected our sandwich was made incorrectly. We won’t be going back since service was slow despite the place being empty.
