I like Ruby Tuesdays, but today was not my day. I ordered Salmon rice and broccoli. The salmon was over cooked and the rice was not done. The broccoli was the only thing that was good on my plate. The service could have been better. The waiter did not even check up on me until the end. No water refill no nothing. Now no tip!! I will not be back

If you’re from out of town DO NOT visit this restaurant. Absolutely everything about this location is the WORST! Food, atmosphere, service, pitiful. Take it from me, I only leave a review when a restaurant is really good or really bad and this place set a new standard for me. Waste of money. Ribs OLD and DRYYY.

I understand being short staffed. I waited 15 minutes to be seated, not a big deal. I ordered my meal with no mushrooms as they make me very sick and 45 minutes later, my meal came out with loaded with them. My waitress who was great took the plate to the back as I requested and gave it to the manager. The manager took it off the bill then changed my garden bar bill from $4.95 to $11.95 since I didn’t have an entree, lol. What I am mad about is the manager is worthless as they did not even bother to come out to say a simple “sorry”. What type of manager doesn’t come out and acknowledge a big mistake?? One that could benefit from additional training in customer service 101.

Since when does onions come in the rice pilaf??!! The rice wasn’t cooked thoroughly it was still hard, the broccoli was under cooked as well I couldn’t even bite into it and of course no one answers the phone

Ok, so for one I’ll give a compliment for the girl that sat us, didn’t even take long to be seated.. well here’s the fun part had the waitress ask us what do we want to drink we told us then asked again, right off the bat we should have seen that this was gonna go down hill real quick, took a while to get the drinks for one said she had to have her manager to make sure ok understandable. Then took close to 45 mins to even place an order. Well took her a while to even put in the order because her texting back to who ever was more important and carrying on a conversation with her coworkers.. another wait for the food. When getting the food not thinking that your supposed to tell the workers that the steaks what we ordered don’t need to be by broccoli

I had really hoped Ruby Tuesday had improved over time. We use to enjoy going there years ago for their famous salad bar. This visit was no different- we went for the salad bar- but boy were we disappointed. Everything was brown and the vegetables were wilted like they had been out all day. The other items like cheese and pastas were clumped together like they had been out too long. We ordered a round of drinks, my husband loved the long island iced tea and I had a berry lemonade, both drinks were really good. I can’t remember the exact dish my husband ordered but I had the Alfredo with shrimp, the flavor of the shrimp was good but the Alfredo had no flavor and you could have fought someone with the bread stick and won-hard as a rock. Our server seemed to be the only one in our area of the restaurant and was running around even though there were just a few tables. We didn’t really understand why she was running around so much because there were tons of staff just standing around and watching her work her butt off. Wish someone would have helped the girl out instead of joking around and talking amongst themselves. Probably won’t be back to this location.

I ordered Bourbon salmon entree and hot tea. Rice hard and dry.. salmon cooked too long(over cooked) grilled veggies were greasy tasted as if it was cooked in pork lard . creamer curdled in bad. Waitress had nonchalant attitude.

The bad reviews almost kept me from going here. I was hungry, wanted some food and decided to go here. The manager greeted me upon entry and led me to my seat. The server came out immediately and took my order. Then the restaurant started to fill up with patrons. The staff that was working gave it their best. Yes, they seem short staffed, but they definitely handled the crowd the best way that they could while keeping a friendly disposition. They got my respect.

This place was so sad. The worse services we have ever had anywhere. Please do better. I plan not to go back for such a long time. Bad to spend 70 dollars to get such poor services. Wait time was terrible. Wont bust at all. One of the kitchen staff had to finally come out and seat us. Waited 30 mins to get drinks after we order.
