Update: i gave this place a second try bc the salad bar was good. It took 15 min to get a glass of water bc they ran out of glasses and needed to wash more. I got some salad, and then went back for another plate….only there were no plates. The staff said that we could wait 10 or 15 min for them to wash more, or we could just reuse our existing plate. I witnessed ppl returning to the salad bar with their dirty plates to get more food. DISGUSTING!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst Ruby Tues I have ever visited. In from out of town and did not even want to order food. Watched the bartender hand wash glasses for drinks, restrooms, smelled like urine, trash all over the place. I cannot believe this place is not closed, may be the worst restaurant that I have visited in all my years of traveling. Lets do this place a favor and not visit so they can sell it to someone who cares. I wish i could post the pictures

Great experience. The salad bar was great lots of fresh items. The appetizer of mozzarella Sri ms was very tasty although the marinara sauce container was tiny but I got another. Our waitress Jade was great. She was a super hard worker with lots of hustle, she should get a raise because I not only see her waiting tables but working the to go pickup area too. She kept refills coming and always checked on us. The food was good, no complaints.

The food was good. I like the unlimited salad bar, but I do think it’s overpriced. I would prefer more half-sized entrees with the salad bar or entrees with the salad bar as the side instead of fries; I think that would be a better value. My son’s mozzarella sticks were really good; I’m lucky he let me have a half of one. Our server was very friendly, efficient, and professional.

Ruby Tuesdays has gone down the drain one of the few locations let and it definitely disappointed the Parmesan shrimp pasta was 19 dollars just to have a bigger portion from the kids menu,along with this the inside of the restaurant is very dirty,we also got uncooked meat, and rotten lettuce. The only reason this place did not get a one star review is because of are waitress Kimber who was very nice and friendly one of the nicest waitresses we have had in a while.

Erica was super amazing. It was a very busy night and they were short handed. She still got our food and drinks to us in a timely manner s she was so sweet and very helpful. Need more people like her!!!❤️❤️❤️

After three separate bad dining experiences, we’ve decided to take this restaurant off of our list of places to dine. On the most recent visit, the bathroom was in terrible shape, my shoes were sticking to the floor. We both ordered the daily special, but requested grilled zucchini as a substitute side. The server informed us that we could not have that as a side because the daily special did not allow for it. She then listed the options we could choose from. We were told that a loaded baked potato was an option, but not a plain baked potato, as were onion rings. Seemed odd, but we both ordered a side that was “allowed” according to the server. The food was fine. The grilled chicken only filled about half of the bun it was served in and it had mayo on it which I had requested be left off. When the bill came it was incorrect. I asked the server to correct the bill and was told that we had to pay for the sides we selected separate from the sandwich because they were not included. We discussed that we had ordered sides that she told us were included, but she was unwilling to correct the bill. On previous visits the service has been incredibly slow and the water has tasted awful. So, it just isn’t worth the visit anymore. It is a shame because we really enjoy the salad bar.

I went for dinner last Saturday, and had a great dining experience!. The Manager Tonio, and the Manager/ Bartender Tony were very outgoing and tentative to our table. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our drinks and meal. The Top Shelf margaritas and Deconstructed beef kabobs were really good. Our food came out in a very timely manner. Also, I would also highly recommend trying their decadent Lemon cream cake for dessert!!. I was surprised at how good it was. I will definitely be coming back here for food and drinks with my girlfriends.

We arrived around 2:30 for a late lunch. The restaurant was empty except for us (party of 2), and about 4 other tables. We were seated promptly. Our server took our order fairly quickly. Although she was timely, she was not friendly. Kind of gave off an air of being bothered to have to serve us. I had the Yexas dry rub ribs, and the hubby had steak a traditional BBQ ribs. Food was excellent!
