Great place! We have been here multiple times and it’s usually a great experience. My favorite thing is the salad bar! The staff here are friendly, food is normally very good, and it’s often a good value with the daily deals or the 2 for $24.

One of the few remaining Ruby Tuesdays. Food was good. All our food came out as ordered. Our server was friendly and made sure our needs were taken care of. Was a slight wait to get seated but nothing out of the ordinary.

Took about 5 minutes to get seated, it was fairly empty inside which is why I can’t understand why they took so long to seat me. My waiter was very kind to me I made sure I tipped her. The food was disgusting!! The coconut shrimp breading was really moist not crunchy at all. The first dish I ordered was Cajun shrimp pasta. There was barely any Cajun sauce on this dish IT WAS DRY! Told my waiter give it back and ordered a chicken and broccoli pasta IT GAVE WATER! It was so watery and taste bland as if the cook didn’t use any seasoning it taste like it was frozen and they just cooked it in the microwave just gross! I immediately got up paid for my food and went next door to McDonald’s! I’m mad I traveled and wasted $30. Sad to say but rubys needs a new cook!

Had a great experience from the manager, Travia; the cook, Drew & the waitress/server, Gabby. The food was well prepared by Drew. Gabby was extremely attentative, courteous & provided to all our requests. The manager was very informative & took time to assist me with my Ruby Tuesday App. I know they were short staffed but you couldn’t tell since they took time to do whatever they could to make our visit pleasant. We will happily come to this Ruby Tuesday again!!!!

Bad experience of 3 times that we have gone only once the attention was decent, this afternoon we went to dinner and they made us wait outside 30 minutes after that time we left they even let us sit at the bar and it wasn’t even because it was full only a few tables were being served. Bad choice to celebrate our wedding month, and we feel bad since we love their drinks.

Salad bar is good when it is stocked. They’ve been taking things away and it is additional now, doesn’t count as a side any more. Slow service. Salad bar often missing things and have to ask for plates as well as restocked bar. Additional charge for gluten free bun. Not many options for gluten and dairy free.

Way too expensive. The food was decent but I would rather go to hoss’s to get a better salad bar. The service was not so good. I had trouble getting a refill on my soda. The chicken fingers were good and the salad bar was decent but the spinach dip had no flavor. I probably will not be coming back.

Absolutely horrible. Arrived at 8pm, no one was there. Actually thought they were closed. Finally Host seated us. Checked out salad bar, disgusting!!! We sat for 15 minutes no one came to wait on us. It was as if they wanted us to leave so we did! I definitely do not recommend this Ruby Tuesday in Lancaster what so ever!!!

Wow! This location has really gone downhill very fast since the other manager left for new job months ago! Jen, the manager/asst manager was back in the kitchen and was working with being short staffed. She looked very confused and did not know what she was doing. She was way out of her wheelhouse when it came to handling the workflow of this establishment. She is not ready to work on her own. She was back in the kitchen cooking and did not put out quality food and portions sizes. The app told me that the food would be ready but it took 40 minutes to get it once I arrived and from the time it was to be ready. Total chaos and disorganization at Ruby Tuesday. I was assured that everything in my large order was there but when I got home there were not dips and there were entrees missing. They tied the bags in knots.
