I drove all the way to Waterbury only to find a dark and empty place. The website and Google maps claimed it was open, but nobody was there. I feel like letting potential customers know when you are open or closed is the minimum required to run a business, but they failed to even do that. Pure frustration.

I got food poisoning after only eating the broccoli on my plate. Rice was hard. Mall wasn’t busy at all so the food must’ve been sitting out all day. I will be contacting my bank for a full refund

Was looking for Pad Thai, asked if they had it and the person working there gestured at the noodles saying you add the pad thai with a protein.

The noodles didn’t look anything like pad thai, so I asked again incredulously. They assured me that yes, the noodles were what I was looking for me. I figured, ok, maybe a mall restaurant just isn’t using the right noodles and it will taste like it.

Nope. it was poorly made lo mein with sphegetti noodles.

Worthless for thai food.

If you want a really good bowl of ramen noodle soup, you will find it here in the Brass Mill Center food court.

I had the tonkotsu ramen which is a pork soup with slices of roast pork. The broth and pork were very good and tasted authentic, along with all the usual toppings you will find at a quality Japanese ramen restaurant. I also had the fried chicken wings and they were as tasty and crispy as in Thai restaurants.

They also have a buffet of the usual, ready to eat dishes you will find at the majority of asian restaurants in mall food courts, although the Ramen took about 10-15 minutes to prepare in the back kitchen.

*It’s actually “Basil Thai Kitchen” but Google Maps doesn’t believe me.

Love loved the food here! So delicious. I know it’s not the healthiest thing but it’s so worth the calories. Really enjoyed the ramen (enough for two people lol) and the people working here are really kind.

It’s fine for cheap and quick food. Not for your low sodium diet. Reasonably tasty though.

Very poor quality food, flavors and ingredients not even closely related to Thai. I ended up throwing it away.
