1st time we ever went here and will not be back.. I placed my order on line went to pick up and they said they never received the order , but charged my card..I reordered 4 potato & bacon and 4 potato & sausage (I received no potato in the sausage burrito)
I called and talked to the manager and let her know the above, she argued with me and said “ I am the manager and I assure you I watched them put potato in the burrito “ ( there is no way she is standing behind these people and watching every movement they make) also had no nacho cheese
I paid over $40 for this order ( had 3 people look at these burritos and there is NO potatoes. Needless to say, I will never be back and that manager needs to go back for training and realize you do not argue with the customer.

I had been to a Taco John’s when I was out West but never near home. I really wanted to see how it was since the one time I had been to a Taco John’s previously was not a good experience.
I stopped in and had to look over the menu for a bit. The gentlemen that were working told me to take my time and when I told them that I wanted to try a few things, they had great suggestions. I was not disappointed with any of my food. It came out quickly and everything tasted good. I was in my car so it was difficult to take pictures of my food but the good thing is that it all ACTUALLY looked like the menu pictures! I always love it when that happens! I liked the potato ole’s plain BUT I am anxious to try them loaded up!
If you are looking for some quick and tasty Mexican food, this would be a decent stop.

This is going to sound like an exaggeration, but quite possibly the best Taco Johns/fast food experience. One of the employees held the door open for us when we walked in, and after we ordered gave us a free drink with our meal. The tacos were full and stuffed, and everything fresh. The same employee when we delivered the food to our table, offered us complimentary sour cream, guac, nacho cheese. I wish I would have gotten his name, awesome experience all around!

Their ordering system seems to be funky. They said they didn’t receive my order, but I was charged and had email confirmation. They were very friendly about it and made my order from my email confirmation. Which was very nice. The food though eh. I liked the chicken bacon one but the steak grilled thing had zero flavor, and the potatoes were ok. Not worth the money spent I’d rather do taco bell. My daughter’s quesidilla was like eating paper. Yall need to put more cheese or add some more spices to your food. The employees were great though.

Very clean location. The parking lot was being cleaned up by an employee, very impressive. Did not give it five stars because the place was very chilly inside.

Ordered the simplest thing in the world 2 tacos and both were ice cold. Already took a bite of the first one so I asked for only one could be replaced the associate working the counter there informed me ” it’s not possible for our tacos to be cold our meat is 200° ” well I am not a science teacher or a professor however I do know the melting point of cheddar cheese is 150° if you look at photo posted of the Taco I received as a replacement the 200° meat was not capable of melting the cheddar cheese with the melting point of 150°. Horrible food, horrible service, nice place to look at severely overpriced.

Are you missing the Double Decker Taco? Taco John’s has them, called the Super Taco Bravo! You can also get them made with steak and chicken, not just ground beef like that other place did. They pack the tacos full and they are delicious!

The staff was really nice. And the food was pretty good. We tried another taco John’s restaurant previously at the Kenosha location and that staff there was awful and the food was not that great. They also didn’t give us all of the food we ordered. So it was very refreshing that this location was the complete opposite of the Kenosha location. We really appreciated how nice they were. They even brought our food out to us. I’m really shocked that the restaurant was not very busy. As long as they keep up the great customer service they will draw in more and more customers.
