Went here last night and it was fantastic! Best Indian food I’ve had. The butter chicken was flavourful and the richness of the tomato’s came through with wonderful sweet notes even with the hottest spice level. The samosas was unique with a thin outer shell that was light. Super friendly and had a great conversation with the owner. Will definitely be here again next time I’m in the area. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely an inflation buster!

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Royal Tandoori! The restaurant was clean, the service was great, and the food was fresh and tasty. It wasn’t a busy evening and owner came out to greet us. He gave us a tour of his kitchen, showed us how he made the naan, and gave one to us on the house. It was a memorable experience!

I had lunch here with friends. We ordered garlic naan, butter chicken, and chicken biryani. The food was tasty but I think they scrimped on ingredients.
I think they wanted their price point to be more affordable. Diced chicken were used in the biryani and butter chicken, instead of the usual cuts.
Service was friendly and prompt since it was the owner who served us.

Just moved to New West, my husband and I ordered for pickup as we live nearby. We walked over and had a good talk with the owner very friendly! We walked home with the food and it was still so hot and ready to eat. Absolutely delicious. We will definitely be eating here again and again.

It’s been open since 2000 and you can tell from the decor
I forgot to take a photo when the food came out- but you can see from my empty plate how much I enjoyed the chicken vindaloo.
I came at 4pm for lunch, that’s why it’s so empty in there. No reflection on the food at all. I asked for it spicy and it wasn’t too hot but now my lips have that pleasant burning tingle from eating a good spicy meal. Very satisfying.
