Absolutely phenomenal burger… my wife and I were on our way home from Dubuque and Google’d best burger in Freeport IL because our drive took us through town. This place had hundreds of good reviews so we decided to give it a try. Least I can say it’s we weren’t disappointed. I had a 1/2# burger with pepper jack cheese, bacon, jalapeños, tomato, onion, and lettuce with Chipotle mayonnaise on top served in a toasted bun. My wife had a similar burger but with onion rings and barbecue sauce instead of my jalapeños and Chipotle mayo. The burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly medium. Our bartender was knowledgeable, attentive, and quick with a refill. Loved this bar and we’ll definitely return in the future.

To each their own! Just seemed very unorganized and a little sketchy in my opinion. The bartenders are VERY overworked and hope they get paid well to be in such a hectic environment.

Decent local watering hole. Burgers and such are standard fare. Bar staff is super friendly. Only complaint is the bathrooms are under construction so there’s some building stuff scattered about. A fresh face lift and this place could be 5 stars if there is such a thing in Freeport.

Over all we absolutely love the food here. However, if you are going to offer a ham and cheese sandwich on texas toast give us some ham. Two thin slices doesn’t cut it. All we could tase was bread. Lots of bread.
