This pizza is very delicious!
The size might seem small, but it’s packed with toppings. The crust is very flavourful.
If you’ve been to Ontario or the NE United States, it’s like those Pizzeria Pizzas.
Unlike “Chicago Deep Dish” pizza where it is thick but all crust, their pizza is thick with mostly toppings in the middle then gradually becoming a thick crust outward.

We ordered a royal special pizza on Feb 24 and I made a comment that the prices keep going higher every time I order this pizza and the lady said that is hasn’t gone up for a while and when it did it was only $1 increase. I paid and waited 25 minutes as instructed and when I got home with the pizza, opened the box to find the pizza was burned. Will never go back to Keswick Royal Pizza again as I believe that is was burned deliberately.

My complaint is not nesssary about a food complaint yet it is when I requested red onion instead of white because of a food allergy to say to a paying customer only this time yet I had no issue with this simple change, today it was a different experience when customer service is being complicated with there customer, than please post it clearly that that would be a issue I do not appreciate the tone or that your location is just going to accommodate this one time only ,without good customer service you could have the best food in town but eventually you will not grow but lose a good paying customer. Word of mouth can effect the bottom line so please treat your customers with respect and do not belittle them.

first time ordering from royal tonight , got wings, chicken strips ,donairs , fries and salad wings were great very good wings , chicken fingers weee just run of the mill grocery store fingers , meh , the donairs thou! my god ! horrendous! it should not even be called a donair, sweet sauce is not sweet and nothing like yan actual sweet sauce , the meat is bland and just not good , can tell it’s not from a spit , asked for onions and got cooked onions , what?? it’s a donair!! very disappointed and won’t be back , waste of money especially with how high their prices are !

Dear Royal pizza.
Our family has been loyal customers as of your opening in our location. We order at least twice every month. Usually two large pepperoni pizzas. Sometimes more if we have guests or switch it up a little if one of the boys (9 and10) want to try something different. But we always end up with the pepperoni. They’ll eat pepperoni pizza anywhere but I order from here because when I treat myself to pizza I want the best pizza. And I consider yours best!!!
There have been minimal mishaps in the past. One time forgot the Greek salad we ordered and paid for….Missing cheese. It never really mattered to much because the pizza is always perfection
That aside today( Saturday April 6) we ordered our usual to large pepperoni pizzas and I was sadly very disappointed. The normally perfect crust Pefect cheese everywhere and browning ratio were used to was completely off by the time I took a photo part of the pizza was gone cause the kids ran for it but it was completely different than usual. Crust not cooked. Most cheese and toppings missed. No beautiful brown bubbly cheese.
I try not to eat in excess and usually pick out what I think are the best looking pieces….I didn’t have any.
Bottom line I’m not wanting to complain but I was wondering if there’s new management? Or new cooks?
I just want to know if I need to find a new pizza place because if this is the new pizza I’ll go somewhere else.
Other than today and minimal problems the pizza is always great. I’m just hoping for a response so I know if I can trust this location again. Thank you for your help.

I understand that I ordered pizza on a busy night, and that was reflected in the length of time my order would be ready in. I arrived to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes; so almost an hour total. It ended up taking double the original time I was quoted to receive my order.
While I was waiting, it was complete chaos with the kitchen rushing to get orders ready, orders that were ready for pickup were stacked haphazardly in the kitchen and the delivery drivers were walking in and out of the kitchen prep area, yelling at the cooks and each other. It was not pleasant to wait in the store front.

Don’t order online. We usually order for pickup but decided to order in to save from driving. Estimated delivery time 1.5 hours. Sounds extreme. After 2 hours waiting still no pizza. We only live 2 km away. I could have walked there and back in under an hour.

The pizza is not worth the price. The medium pizza is more like a small pizza. It’s okay for $15 but not worth $23

The broccoli looks like it was just the stems, most ingredients looked to be small.

Pizza is almost like deep-dish, loaded with lots of cheese !!! I love that they have add anchovies option, which made our shrimp-mushroom pizza more delicious.
Delivery service was fast. Pizza was still hot when it arrived.
Not exactly cheap, but definitely worth your $$. One of the best pizzas we’ve had in Edmonton. Will be coming back very soon!
