Hard to get value in the pricing for overcooked and smaller portions of meat and other menu items. When they first opened up (yes…we were there)…all food items were served on huge 1/2 empty plates (Texas sized plates and salad plates). Now food is on small plates and the portions are either just as small or smaller. They do either overcook their meat because of the firmness or just get cheap cuts of gristly meat.
