I picked it up. I asked for Light Sauce and I got no sauce. I don’t think the guy understood what I was saying. He is from India. Why do they come here and not learn our language. So we can understand each other. My pizza was wrong and expensive. I Love Round Table Pizza. But I have to drive 23 miles round trip to Concord to get it. No Doordash and Lyft do not have Round Table pizza on it.

I’ve been eating Round table Pizza my entire life and I know what it’s supposed to taste like it’s my favorite Pizza. This pizza didn’t taste or look like the pizzas I’m used to getting at Round Table. We got the King Arthur supreme and the meats on there were bland they had NO flavor …no oil was visible… usually I have to pat the top of my Pizza down to soak up some of the grease…it tasted like fake meat…. It barely had any sauce on it and the crust was doughy…..also the cheese and pepper flakes in The Little jars on the table but we’re not the same as all the other round tables I’ve been to….and I ordered a Stella it was on draft and I swear it was Budweiser. I was there with my son and my granddaughter and we had never been there before as we were just passing through Dublin. Schools are out on winter break and there was nobody else in the restaurant….nobody came to pick up a pizza… one phone order came through while we were there… Seems kind of strange! My son would normally eat 3 or 4 pieces of Pizza he ate. 1… I would normally eat 2 or 3… I ate also only ate 1…. I thought that all the round tables are supposed to buy their supplies from the same distributor but clearly this guy did not.

Quality is consistently going down. Less and less staff, delayed orders. They are not even following the recipes i feel as we always get the same Pizza at a different location.

This was my second time picking up food that was incorrect.
Previously I ordered chicken wings with the phone app, along with other items. There was a choice of spicy or mild. I requested mild, but received spicy.
The second order I called on the phone so there would be no confusion. I asked for the vegetarian pizza with artichoke hearts, since I couldn’t remember the name. There are two kinds. I didn’t think I would have to pull up the menu since I was in my car and I described the type of pizza I wanted.
I wouldn’t normally bother with this review, but both orders were to share with my mom who is in hospice. She can’t eat spicy food, or pizza with a “zesty” tomato sauce base in her condition.
I would also normally bring the food back and have them correct it, but I live 1.5 hours drive away from Dublin, and only have limited time with my mom before driving back.
I have been to this location many times and have never been disappointed in the quality or orders.
I guess it’s time to let this place go.

Went there with my family for a vacation in Oakland and the place was just a mess. We ordered two pizzas, a salad, and two 6 piece wings. The salad came out first and it had brown leafs all in it. The pizza took forever to come put since the Sacramento/Warriors game was on and some of the employees had to come out to sit and watch the game, then they forgot about our second pizza so we had to wait for that to finish. Luckily we were all in a good mood and on vacation so we all just laughed it off, the pizza was the only good thing that this Round Table offered.

I’ve been ordering from round table for the past years and this Dublin Amador location is the worst! Brian has the worst customer service! I will never order from this location again! I called at 8:42 to order a small pizza for pick up and he told me they were closing early! First of all, it’s Friday and your hours says to 9:30pm! You being low on staff sounds like a personal problem not a customers problem! Also last week I order $60 dollars worth of food and my pizza hand no meat! If I could rate 0 stars I would! Just a heads up do not order from this location! Worse customer service BRIAN!
