We recently visited River Field 865 for a benefit and had a fantastic experience. The staff was amazing, and the interior decor is really unique, featuring some great local memorabilia. They paid attention to every detail—even the men’s room had cool historical photos of the restaurant pre-renovation, alongside a quirky display of celebrity mugshots. We were particularly impressed with how clean and organized the kitchen was. It’s a stop that definitely warrants a visit if you’re nearby.

Had my bridal shower here on Friday, 8/8, and it was absolutely incredible! I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. Allison was amazing from the very beginning—she made the planning process so easy, was always quick to respond, and ensured everything we asked for (and more) was available.
Lisa, the bartender, was fantastic, and the service overall was outstanding. The food was delicious—we received so many compliments from our guests! The back room is adorable, and we were able to decorate it exactly how we wanted. Everything exceeded my expectations!
The back patio was the perfect spot for a summer night. I would 100% recommend hosting an event here!

Wonderful dining experience for our birthday party of 7. Everyone enjoyed a cup of cheesy onion soup. Brisket melts in your mouth. Fries have a delicious, crispy coating. Wings were good & crispy. Stuffed pepper chicken sandwich was yummy. Waitress was attentive. And our Birthday Mom was treated to a decadent slice of strawberry cake with whipped creme! Not a fancy place but definitely clean and comfortable. We all want to go back to try the dinner entrees that are available after 4 p.m.

We went for dinner and was waited on one of the BEST servers we have EVER Lily made our day and dinner! She was so attentive, helpful and accommodating. The menu is so versatile and everything “sounded/looked” so good it was hard to decide. Lily offered her suggestion and it was spot on! The Beef Ragu was tasty, generous portion and would highly recommend. We will be back! ❤️

Four of us went for lunch. We all enjoyed our meals and it was relatively inexpensive. The waitress was pleasant and present. Definitely will go again. If you haven’t been here yet you should give it a go .

my family and friends have been here a few times and each time the staff has been very pleasant and friendly. we have had the hamburger, fish tacos, spicy shrimp and risotto, wings. reuben….all very delicious. the atmosphere is casual and comfortable. they have a separate area for private parties with access to the grounds and patio for games. family friendly and a bar area. the prices are comparable. the food is good and the staff is nice. if you come once, you will return with your friends. its right in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, i like that.

Our first visit and it was wonderful. Nice and quiet, great music. The food was absolutely delightful. We ordered their sausage sandwich and a an order of garlic Parmesan wings. The wings were crispy and very tasty, so good The sandwich was also great. The service was incredible. Nice to see more restaurant options in South Buffalo.
