Your “new hours” that are clearly posted on your door are wrong. They clearly say 9pm. I was there at 8pm and the employees were rude and yelled at me “we’re closed”. I pointed to the hours and they yelled it again. Every time me or my husband go here it’s a terrible experience. Never fails. 0 stars if I could.

I had a panic attack while ordering my meal. And the guy that runs it is such an amazing and understanding man that even while I was having my panic attack, I couldn’t help but listen to his calming voice that was genuine. He understood what I was experiencing and handled me with nothing but absolute care. That’s one of the very best definitions of customer care. And to that man, thank you so much for helping me through my difficult time. You are very much needed in this world.

Was not impressed, this used to be a really good place, but the last few times have been a bummer. The bread was dry and seemed dark and over baked the inside was thin and barly there, just super dry and not enjoyable.

I ordered two toasted foot longs on the app on October 11th 2024 and when I picked them up they were barely room temperature, and it looked like whoever made and packaged them had squeezed them as tight as possible making them rock hard. The worker was also not wearing any subway attire and a spideran hat and I honestly don’t know if he works there or if he just walked behind the counter. Will not order online again.
