I give 4 stars because my experience varies depending on the staffs I encountered on different day/time of the week.
The afternoon/evening staff (a lady) is attentive to order details. She actually phone the customer for clarification before preparing the order because she found something doesn’t make sense. It’s impressive & profesional.
Overall, the quality of the pizza is great! Their ingredients always tasted fresh. I just wish they would make larger pizza sizes available. Their current XL looks more like Medium to me where I’m used to in NY.
The place looks brand new & well kept clean appearance. Parking is a bit tricky on busy days Costco is across from it.
The price is on high end so make sure you look up some promo codes or local deals on their website to save cost!
I will definitely order here again 🙂

I used to frequent this location because I literally work across the street but not anymore. Quality of food still decent.But the customer service is horrendous. The middle aged lady that I believe is the supervisor has an attitude and always gives me hard time when picking up my order.

I have ordered take out from this location several times, and the quality of the food has been more or less consistent. My last order on 09/13/25 was terrible; the pizza crust was tough and hard to chew, the new bacon and cheddar twists had no bacon or cheddar, and the dough was chewy and gummy, just inedible. The potato wedges were a bit raw, the entire order seemed rushed and underbaked.I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again.
