They don’t deserve even 1 star but I am forced to give one. San Lorenzo Round Table, ordered pizza online and when I get the pizza they burnt the vegetables. Veggies, paper thin and black. Horrible!!!! Refused to replace it because I ordered online. What does that have to do with their cooking it????? Then told no manager a few seconds later a person claims to be a manager and began telling me I was wrong, they refused to listen to their customers. Terrible Customer Service, I will not return until they change owners and staff.

My sister and I went to Round Table Pizza on Sutton Way in Grass Valley, California the other night. I requested that my reward points be recorded on my rewards account. They didn’t know what I was talking about, the manager said that they don’t do that. If that is the case, it should be advertised to be only available at selected Round Tables. So, I canceled my pizza order, got a refund and left.

I ordered a pizza for delivery from the Susanville Round Table and they said it would take about an hour…an hour and 15 minutes go by and I call to see if the delivery person is lost. I am told she had a flat tire and I was the next on the delivery list. I wait another 45 minutes and call back to complain. The manager tells me she had a flat and offered me some twists for compensation…I say “Why offer more food when I can’t get the pizza delivered in the first place?” He simply refunds the money to my debit card and doesn’t even tell me that he cancelled my delivery order. I don’t know if this is common practice for Round Table Pizza .but I am surprised by the lack of respect for customers at this location and I will certainly spread the word that this is not the place to get pizza or customer service in Susanville.

My pizza was ordered at 4pm , had to call twice, and it was delivered at 5:25…. wrong order of chicken wings, burnt pizza. I keep trying to call the Corporate Office for Round Table Pizza, but all it says is, Please leave a message!! This is the only kind of complaint line of a Large company that I CANNOT GET A REAL LIVE PERSON to speak too. But after reading the reviews I can see why NO on wants to answer our calls. If I don’t hear from anyone in the next week. I will call our local media to let them know how Round Table Pizzas, treats their customers.

I have ordered at roundtable in carson city nevada plenty of times to know that sometimes its good and sometimes its really bad. There is no inbetween with this company. Delivery you might get someone competent enough to bring cheese and peppers if they are not stoned out of their mind. Go in store and if you can get past the wrinkled shirts and vulgar rap music playing then you have to hear them push there coupons and club offers on you after you already heard it all on the phone. The outside is rarely cleaned and the level of service you get because of laziness and the understaffed busy times really makes the taste of the pizza not worth the time or money you spend there. This is just my experiences. I have had some just regular experiences which I’m fine with, all I want is food, but the bad ones outweigh the good ones and that is a fact!

Fraud charges should be filed. I ordered a Specialty pizza to go, at the Soquel Ca location. The draw for this pizza is that it has fresh basil they put on after its cooked. I paid, waited for almost forty minutes, then was handed a box, I looked inside and asked where’s the Basil? Oh we’ve been out that for a while…, Really ? If you knew you didn’t have the ingredients why did you take my money? It’s actually against the law to Knowingly, sell a product you do not have.

I wouldn’t bother using online order app it has never worked , today a all meat marvel with lite garlic sauce was ordered and I received a cheese pizza that cost almost 30.00 the Arcata ,ca. Store is the absolute worst for consumers the staff is rude and unwilling to correct orders . Do not place an order 20 minutes before close they will flat out refuse to make a pizza that has been paid for and ordered online for pick up

I ordered pizza and a soda to be delivered from the Amador location the pizza came but wrong soda. I explained I am allergic to root beer. He said he’d be right back with my soda in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I called they said they were sending him. I live a mile away 30 minutes go by I call back they said he’s on his way. I asked what that means she said if he isn’t here in 20 minutes to call back. I still haven’t received my pizza. Door dash delivers more than pizza and they actually come on time.
