Tried to order this online and had so many problems I just went there and ordered. 5 stars for the food, 1 star for ordering on-line. Their Maui Zaui was excellent. Service seemed slow but probably because I had to wait for it. It seems like delivery with Door Dash is cost prohibited these days, thankfully I don’t live too far away and I can walk across the parking lot and shop at Ace HW while I am waiting. The big surprise was how good the Cheesy Twists were, we will do that again. Overall they have great pizza and you get what you pay for!

Arguably the best high-end pizza in Clovis. Love the gourmet pizza! Check out the new spinach salad topped with cucumber, grape tomatoes, red onion, shredded parmesan, and sunflower seeds. Appetizers include Garlic Parmesan Twists are rolled fresh daily, classic wings and boneless wings. Great wing sauces and dipping sauces. So much to enjoy!

Called for a pizza at 9pm. The person on the phone took our order said it will be ready at 9:15. Boyfriend goes in at 9:15 to pick up pizza and the dude at the counter says they are closed. Poor service. You should pay me for the gas wasted going to pick up our order that you decided doesn’t exist.

Not sure what’s going on with the Champlain restaurant but they used to be really good! The last 2 months they have messed up on my orders. Today 8/16/22 @ 4:30pm it was a lrg King Supreme with wings and ranch. Ordered 2 extra ranch and 2 jalapenos. I was charged for that but received all blue cheese! So to get my ranch would be 20-30 min which means cold pizza and wings. He wouldn’t even re-do the order! This place has gone down hill!

This place needs to focus on customer service, I came in with my wife ordered my pizza for dine in and sat in the outdoor patio area , as we were waiting for our food , I asked for the restroom to wash my hands before Eating . The manager Stephan very rudely stated there was no public restroom even though I was a paying customer waiting for my food. Then he stated next time you go into the patio don’t come through here even though there was a clear exit sign to the patio with no employee only sign Visible . The managers demeanor was short and rude the entire time. This was very upsetting! We proceeded to get a refund and go to the Clovis location very inconvenient.

I usually go to west herndon or first street where I used to live. This new one is about the same distance as the herndon one and since they sent me $7 off a large pizza I thought I would give it a try. It was horrible to say the least. No sauce, no cheese and the crust was burnt and crisp. I didn’t want to go there when it first opened up as I wanted to give them a little time to get things rolling right. I guess I’ll be going to my other locations. If this is what $7 off gets me I’d happily pay full price for a normal pizza. I don’t really leave reviews but I had to on this
