This place is amaaaaaazing! Great food, fantastic drink prices during happy hour, friendly staff (Josalynne was our cashier, super awesome girl). Nice little arcade for kids, lots of sunny areas for larger groups. And when you ask for extra cheese, they don’t mess around!

I have been coming to this Round Table for around 5 years. In that time, the quality has steadily decreased, until now it is a total hit-or-miss proposition. Take my last visit for example…wanted to try their stuffed crust pizza. It came out with half the pizza cooked pretty well and the other half totally underdone. I ordered 6 garlic Parmesan twists, an order of 3 came out and I had to go back and request more, then more came and they looked totally different..less cheese, again under cooked. My kid wanted to play some games and they ate multiple credits (they never seem to work right) and I had to get a refund. Then with the meager tickets she did win, she tried to purchase something from the vending machine and it dispensed the entirely wrong product. When I asked the staff about all these things they said, “Yeah, those games never work. Yeah, our kitchen staff is really slacking tonight.” Not cool. Not professional. This franchise needs to get someone in charge who cares about service and quality and a consistent experience, otherwise I don’t think we will return.

Pizza and wings are pretty good, I have ordered carryout here for a couple years and the service has always been awful. Not the employees per say, but the lack of them. I saw 3 employees trying to handle the entire restaurant, including the bar. A complaint and a refund was issued as I was waiting. I have learned to show up 15 minutes after they tell me my pizza will be ready as they are consistently behind. It still wasn’t enough, wings weren’t ready. 30 minutes later brought my cold pizza and warm wings home. It was obvious the employees were stressed out and they were majorly short staffed.

This place is a joke. I do not recommend! Pizza is not up to Round Table standards, what a disgrace. Staff is too busy counting down the minutes until their shift ends to pay attention to what’s being ordered resulting in you not receiving your full or correct order. Food takes forever to come out of the kitchen when the dining room has very few people waiting. All you can eat buffet means you only eat when they pay enough attention to the empty food containers and they slowly start refilling and replacing items. Save yourself the hassle and go to Abby’s or Mods.

It was a slow Sunday night and I had ordered my pizza really easy pizza I ordered half cheese and half sausage with some garlic knots. I had waited over an hour for my pizza and garlic knots. They were still people ahead of me that ordered were still waiting. The service was slow and seemed like they just don’t care at all. Along with that my pizza wasn’t even hot and it didn’t taste very good either I’m not happy with my service or with my food I will never be going back. Although I do hope that they are able to bring up their standards because they should be ashamed.

My family and I have dinned at this location a few times over the years so we choose to have our daughters birthday party there. We were disappointed in the state of the room, it was not very clean and the customer service was a little hit and miss for us. The food we preordered all came out at different times and no one bothered to check on us for the rest of the hour and a half we stayed. The most disturbing part was how dirty the bathroom was, really really gross. I hope who ever is managing can get a better handle on there employees. As of now we would not return.

Still the best big chain pizza. Fresh non-limp toppings, great flavored sauce, crisp fired crust great beer selection and a good environment to chill. We moved to the east coast years and years ago and had forgotten just how good a simple chain pizza could be. Glad to be back. Had the king Arthur Supreme and it was every bit as good as I remembered.
