Came here one Saturday evening around 4. They had a lot of foot traffic in and out. Most orders were for pick up. There were families eating inside and I see why. There was an off smell, sour smell. Good thing they had a small outdoor eating area. We ordered 2 pitas. One grilled chicken and shrimp and one fried fish one. After a while my husband looked at his receipt and notice the fish one said poboy. He notified the guy at the register and he went to the back to correct the order, however when my husband unwrapped it he had a poboy. He decided to keep it since the sign by the register said must check food before walking out of the restaurant. My pita was good, seasoned just right but after a little while the bread was a little sloppy. I’d probably get it fried next time. The onion rings were decent. I’d return but make sure to check my order at the counter.

My 1st time at this location. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak burger and the Biscoff egg rolls. Hands down the best lunch I’ve eaten in months. The egg rolls were so delicious, I ordered another order to bring home.

This has become one of my family’s favorite local places to order from. The service is very fast. I placed my order over the phone and it is ready for pick up by the time I get there. About 10 minutes. It is fresh and made when you order. You get plenty of food and won’t leave unsatisfied. Competitively priced. Great value. Very competent and friendly service. We usually order burgers, but I hear everything on the menu is delicious. Love that they (currently) give Fetch points on every dollar spent.

10 ⭐️ They slap consistently EVERY SINGLE TIME Never disappointed with anything I’ve tried there thus far. I am a picky eater & typically don’t try new things. Not here baby!!! Everything is 1000% My favorite dish there is the Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls with the chili dip sauce! They go hard in the paint with that dish! Nothing on their menu disappoints. Always cooked fresh and piping hot! Will always be a forever customer!!

If you’re looking for decent customer service, please don’t expect it here. I came here Monday at 4 pm and the inside was extremely nasty. Tables were dirty, stains everywhere and it just looked extremely unsanitary. The people working the register…(a woman and an older black guy), terrible customer service skills. They were texting the entire time while i was standing in front of the register waiting to order..just all over the place. The food was hot and fresh i will say that. The fries are amazing and the Philly cheesesteak rolls were decent. I’ll give them a 6/10 because you do get a lot and they’re a decent size just not anything spectacular.

Had Roul’s Deli today for the first time. I went with the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. Not bad!! They are rich and filling, so you probably want to split an order. They come with sweet chili dip and ranch dip. Both were nice!
I tried to call ahead to order and just got a busy signal. When I arrived, the phone was ringing off the hook. Can’t wait to see how the rest of the menu tastes!

The service was great. The seafood fries were the best. The bacon shrimp cheeseburger was also really good. We got 2 orders of the crawfish egg rolls (not pictured) bc they looked so good but I wish we hadn’t. They were OK mostly cheese, tasted like Velveeta melting cheese dip at that.. I think the recipe on that should change up some to make those better. They weren’t worth the price. That was really what I went for , so that sucked.

I ordered via DoorDash the philly cheese steak, and the crawfish egg rolls. They looked good, but all I could taste was velveeta-flavored cheese. The cheese completely overpowered everything!! The same flavored cheese in both egg rolls! They were just cheese rolls…no exaggeration.
I will never order them again, and I do not recommend them.
