The food was hot and fresh. The young lady that took my order was very dry which was very surprising for a Chick-fil-A employee. The order name was completely wrong but I saw it on my receipt so I was not confused.

They got my name and my order wrong. They also don’t serve eggs. So only plain chicken, bacon, or sausage biscuits are available. But at the same time they weren’t charging marked up airport prices, it was cheap for an airport, but that’s the only benefit.

I was helped by a very nice and sweet employee named Aliyah. I could see it was busy but she smiled and treated me and every other customer I saw her take like we were her best friend! Thank you Aliyah for a great experience before heading out of New Orleans!

The food is fine, but they got my order wrong and it took forever. There were no napkins to be found anywhere and they hand you everything from the counter piece by piece instead of putting it all into one bag, which is really difficult when you have luggage. There’s also no seating other than three tables so then you are forced to juggle your bag, the things they handed you at the cashier, risk spilling everything all over the place with no napkins to clean it up while also somehow simultaneously handling your luggage. Go somewhere else. Oh, and they don’t take the Chick-Fil-A app.

The absolute worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. Several people got chicken tenders- they looked more like scrap giblets. I’ve never seen them so dilapidated, small, and sad. I was actually worried that I would get sick from eating my baked tenders, because of how they looked (I didn’t get sick). Soda was overflowing. There is no place to sit. This place needs to go out of business.. Really bad.

I was a bit nervous reading the reviews but we were hungry at 5 a.m. Food was hot, quick, and tasty! Aliyah was friendly and took great care of us. We upgraded to sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Yum!
