Ordered takeout from Xochi and unfortunately had not the best experience. I want to first say the staff were very friendly.
I ordered the california breakfast burrito – eggs, cheese, avocado, bacon, pico de gallo, fries + chipotle mayo. When I got back to my office after picking up my food, I cut it in half to find there was zero bacon in it. And no fries either.
So I called them and they made me a new one, the second one was better with bacon, but still not what I ordered. There were no fries. I don’t believe there was pico de gallo or chipotle mayo in it either. It also wasn’t toasted, which I prefer. I think they just gave me a bacon, egg and avocado burrito.
It was disappointing to have to drive back and forth twice, and for both times the order to not be what I purchased.

This hidden away, BYOB GEM ✨️ ❤️ is rough on parking on wknds, but you can Uber or Lyft there and have a mind-blowing meal for a great price, too! You can order literally ANYTHING off the menu and it’s a guaranteed hit, so do NOT SLEEP ON THIS ONE!! Get you some incredible, authentic Mexican cuisine, right here in our Flourtown area. Their Flan dessert is homemade and soooooo SO good!! I usually get the chimichanga, either chicken tinga, steak, or carnitas. He loves the Birria tacos w consume, and the free chips and salsa are a great way to pass the time while you wait for the entrée to arrive. All homemade and freaking fantastic!!! Give them a try to dine in, it’s a nice laid back, roomy atmosphere, with quiet but positive energy and light music to set a lovely mood!! Love love love this spot!!

I hope Xochi catches on because I would be happy to have as a local dine out spot. Sadly, it is hidden a block south of Willow Grove Ave. on a little side street (Elm), sign almost invisible unless you are looking for it; so not getting drive by business.
Enjoyed absolutely delicious shrimp with avocado tacos and side of beans and rice. Free corn chips and cooked tomatoe salsa (tasty but probably out of package). Chicken (chunks) quesidia was decent. Accompanying guacamole side tasted out of a package, not fresh made.
For dinner, the portions would be generous and reasonably priced. A bit more than we were looking for at lunch. No lunch specials, so breakfast menu might suit better midday. Server Brian was good. BYOB so you can save some scratch there.

Worst service ever. Arrived at 5:45 pm. Only 3 other tables occupied. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Then waited 40 minutes for my food to arrive. Appetizer arrived after main course finished. Never got my dipping sauce for the birria tacos. In the interim people arriving for takeout found numerous errors with their orders. Even though the food was good I will not be going back.

Today is my third visit to Xochi and it’s been a charm each time! Their food is always fresh and full of flavor, it’s homemade and it certainly tastes like it. I’ve only been during lunch, so it’s always quiet, not many people in the restaurant but the quality and temperature of their food is constant. I ordered 3 taco Tex mex w/ rice and beans. The rice and beans are the best I’ve ever tasted. In addition to the food, the host Daniel is always so pleasant and welcoming. He makes the experience even better. Overall 10/10

If you’re looking for fresh flavorful Mexican food try this place. We had the taco platter with corn tortillas-each well stuffed each with different meats and a side of rice and black beans. Chips portion was small with enough fresh salsa. The pico had lots of cilantro and fresh tasting. Guacamole was a good portion. Their tomatillo sauce was mild and tangy.

It’s a small business. A little bit in the cut. Kind of easy to drive by if you aren’t paying attention, the food was good and the place looked nice. The only issue I had was how long it took to get the food, about 30 minutes maybe 45. from what I can see it wasn’t really busy. It was just me and my date and one other couple there, they seem to mostly prioritize people who was coming into pick up food like DoorDash or something. And me and my date only got tacos so the wait was a little irritating, but the food was good.

Great prices…. It’s BYOB so that’s fun. If you forget to bring alcohol, they will also give you a complimentary margarita. Food was very authentic.

First of all, whenever I see a place with perfect Google reviews I just assume it’s friends and family helping a new business but seeing the photos I was like I have to try it. Wow it was incredible – authentic Mexican food! The Salmon special, the Shrimp Taco’s, rice and beans, the salsa, homemade hot sauce! choriza tacos were great too!!

Genuinely one of the best taco joints in the area! This place is kinda a hole in the wall, quiet area and usually pretty dead in the dining room. Takeout is popular though. Every time I have gotten tacos from here I have been so satisfied. Their food is just incredible. My only complaint is last time I got the shrimp tacos, it felt like there was barely any shrimp in them. Their birria tacos are to die for!!! We also love their al pastor tacos. Guac is good, pico is super fresh.
