We had a wonderful experience at Rossini’s Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was satisfying and beautifully presented.

The service was attentive, warm, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, perfect for a relaxing family meal.

Most importantly, my entire family left very satisfied and happy with the experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

Love Rosini’s!! Old school, Italian. This place is under the radar but beats so many over commercialized Italian spots in NYC. I hope it stays that way because the food is delicious, the staff is incredibly warm and kind and the atmosphere is very true old school NYC. Best baked clams I’ve ever day!!

Our special guest enjoyed our shared tasty Fried Calamari appetizer and her fresh Halibut main course. My husband enjoyed his Salmon with dijonnaise sauce. Their potatoes with the Salmon was scanty though.
My Pollo Florentina on a bed of spinach was so tender!
We thank our Server for placing a candle on our special guest’s (for her belated 90th birthday dinner) Tiramisu and the Staff who sang with him!!!
She enjoyed our shared dessert and my husband liked his Lemon Sorbet.
It’s a Monday so there was no piano music but the ambience was lively as Rossini’s was packed.

Best lasagna made with sausage and bolognese sauce I have ever had. It was highly recommended by my server.
The entire staff is extremely friendly and competent. The rooms were beautiful and very tastefully decorated.
Everything gets 6 stars. A wonderful dining experience. A little pricey but worth the cost.
I will definitely be back.

We had a Holiday dinner recently. Everything was great except for the service. Although we received our food hot and tasty, the timing was way off. I don’t know if it’s a staffing problem or kitchen management. 1. Bread on the table before sitting. We had an open bar for our gathering and I wanted to have a drink but not on an empty stomach. We waited 30 minutes after we sat until bread came. 2. Serving too slow… The first served had already eaten their food at the remote tables before the main tables were served. Maybe lack of staff was the cause. 3. We had one person stop a server to ask if they forgot our table? Our table was in the path of the servers from the kitchen. 4. After 3 plus hours I left before our table was even served dessert.
Maybe if you come with a single table of four it would be different. This was the biggest problem.
Food was great but timing was lacking for sure.

Grilled octopus is good. The stripe bass and seafood pasta is good. Sautéed onions and mushrooms are good.
Serving speed is a little slow on 2nd course. Service needs to be better.
This is the only restaurant that doesn’t have honey for my tea among around 300 restaurants in Manhattan have been.

This is a hidden treasure!! Im Italian from Amsterdam, all the hip places were booked but i was so happy to end up here on a Saturday night. The food was authentic and perfect. I couldn’t believe how good it was. And than the big test the Tiramisu was the best that i ever had in a restaurant!!! Just classic made perfect. Cherry on the cake was the live music. Italian opera and American songbook. My whole family was raving about this evening and we wil return every time we are in New York. !!!

A time machine back to an era of old school Italian ambiance. The chicken dishes are just as good as the carbonara. The night we visited they served lasagna as a special. The tiramisu is the best dessert on the menu. But the cannoli is a close second.

Visiting New York and happened across this beautiful little restaurant. It was the only place we felt we had to come back to during our short stay (which we did). Our second meal demonstrated that it was not the honeymoon effect of arriving at a new destination!

The staff were friendly, very approachable, and willing to help. The place was cosy and decorated for the season (we were around in late January to little hearts and rosy tinsel) and the live piano made for a very romantic atmosphere.

And the food… we had one of their specials (chicken on the night), their spaghetti marinara, and finished on the tiramisu. It was nothing short of outstanding.

We did not sit in the bar area towards the front of the restaurant but it was lively as we passed through and the layout is such that diners would not know that there was a bar there, making it perfect for dates, birthdays, or any event where diners can just forget the outside world and exist in the meal.

When we are back in New York, we will be returning!

I got the fresh green fettuccine with pesto topped with chicken. It was the best meal I had in New York! The atmosphere, food, staff, experience was 10/10. Highly recommend to visit and they make a great espresso martini!
