Great pizza! I came for the gluten free crust and was not disappointed, it was thin but doughy, better than the stuff a lot of places serve. Quality ingredients and really good flavor all around. The rest of my party was happy with their sandwiches too.

Stopped in with my family for lunch after a movie next door. The gentleman at the door saw my wife with crutches and immediately got us the table directly in front of the door to help her out, which was absolutely awesome, so great customer service right there! We ordered a half and half pizza and a medium spinach chicken Alfredo pizza, and they were fantastic. My wife also got the lasagna. It was also pretty good. Their service was impeccable, and the staff were friendly. The decor is pretty bland in my opinion, but hey, im not a decorator lol overall a pretty good place to eat.

Love eating at this local restaurant! Good selection of non-pizza items and although it became busy, waitress and host were great! They took their time with our order and did their best to make sure we had what we needed. Food came out quick but was cooked well. My nieces are picky eaters and they enjoyed both their cheese pizza and the garlic knots. Also, they gave my neices “kid dough” to play with and they could not stop talking about it.

OMFG! What a rip off! The Cheesesteak is on English muffin bread or something and soaked with pickle juice. $6 for a side salad which is pitiful. Look at the pictures of the order. $40 plus $7 for a tip. NEVER AGAIN!

We got takeout for dinner and ordered a thin crust and ‘crispy’ supreme pizza and a regular Hawaiian. I’ve been searching for a thin crust pizza around Roanoke and this has been the best I’ve found yet! I took a photo, their regular and thin crusts honestly arnt too different, I really enjoyed both and maybe even preferred the Hawaiian because of the white sauce! The toppings on both felt so fresh and I will definitely make this my ‘go-to’ place when we want pizza.

The pizza is so good I just wish it was cooked thoroughly. 3 for 3 times it’s still limp and almost doughy in the center. I love the sauce and toppings are top notch. Service is typically spot on with just a hiccup here and there. Lunch specials are a good value. GF crust option for the personal size pizza.

Grace’s, so where do you begin. The food of course is great. Deep menu and even when the place was full they were plugging along as if a handful of people were there. The service was quick and the are so good at what they do it looks effortless. True skill. Taste was as good as it looked, great. Cooked perfectly.

We love Grace’s for the food, atmosphere, friendliness, and variety. The pizza crust is thin, but not so thin that it’s crusty. It’s the kind of crust you can roll and eat if that’s your thing. They can customize for almost anything you order. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that your meal meets all of your needs and cravings. It’s a great place to go and sit and talk with friends, have a group gathering, or take your entire family. It’s the perfect place to eat before an afternoon matinee. Great flavors, great people, great atmosphere. We dine in and take out regularly.

Very disappointed very very disappointed. We got a lot of excuses from the staff tonight. Pizza was ordered through DoorDash. And the order was completely wrong. And then the gentleman on the phone try to make an excuse of why. Clearly states half onion and the other half ground beef in Italian sausage. Clearly states that the gentleman on the phone said and I quote oh well the message was too long for us to see. And then try to put the blame back on DoorDash. That’s ridiculous and that’s bad customer service. Not even trying to fix the situation. That day. I’m very disappointed because the first time we ate there their pizza was incredible this time it’s half ass. Don’t think we’ll be returning.!!!
