Contemporary Neapolitan Style pizza served in a vintage Airstream Argosy trailer in Delray Beach. Prepared by owner and pizzaiolo Marcelo, eat at Hopportunities beer hall or take it to go! Order through Delivery Dudes or text and pick up! Try the queen of all pizzas, the Margherita, the loaded pepperoni pizza lovingly called La Americana, or the Napoli pizza with all the flavors of the place that inspired it all. ROSSANOS is also serving delicious handmade ice-cream by Lily’s. And for any soccer lovers, lots of memorabilia is on the trailer including the exterior portrait of Diego Maradona by Maxi Bagnasco, also featured in Art Basel 2021 in Miami. ROSSANOS isn’t just pizza, it’s an experience and a little taste of Napoli in Delray Beach.

Excellent 48hr cold ferment dough in a great pizza truck. Probably the best pizza from a gas fired Neopolitan oven around here. however, I prefer a wood fired oven( what I have at home, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars) Self serve, w Picnic tables outside, fun atmosphere. At Hopportunities parking lot, where you can expect to pay a premium price for decent wide varietal self crafted beer. Seating inside is nicely done w games.

Visited this Pizza shack recently, and their Neapolitan pizza was tasty. Bit on the pricey side though – $46 for 2 margarita pizzas and one soda. Suggest dropping the size to 12 inches and trimming a few bucks. That could mean long lines in the future. Good potential with a few changes!

Once my wife and I were in Italy, it was the city of Naples, and we saw a queue of people on the street, it was a queue for pizza, there were only three pizzas, Margherita, Prosciutto and another one. I remember it cost 3 euros. When we stood in line and waited for 20 minutes then we bought a margarita and here’s what I’ll tell you – after that I couldn’t eat pizza anywhere for many years because I remembered that unsurpassed taste for the rest of my life.

This is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Perfect airy cloud dough with amazing sauce and fresh mozzarella. I have given up on all the places claiming to serve Neapolitan style pizza. They cannot compete, Rossanos is #1 in my book.

Our Margarita Pizzas were absolutely delectable tonight, as they always are! Top quality products, top quality ingredients, made by top quality beautiful people! The prosciutto too is out of this world, so generously sliced. They’ve really set the bar high for the rest of time! It is literally the most outrageously delicious pizza I have ever had in my life no matter which pie you pick. This place is a south Florida MUST and you’ll be back for more sooner than you think!!

Ate here when visiting Hopportunities in Delray. The pizza was phenomenal! The ingredients were very fresh and nothing came out greasy, which I appreciate. Offered a nice variety, but not overwhelming. They were also able to make mine without cheese because each pizza is made there on the spot! Nothing pre-made or frozen.

Rossanos is the best for Neapolitan style pizza. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful and the crust is light and airy. The family that runs it is so sweet. You can taste the love in every bite. The Rossano pie with prosciutto and burrata is my favorite, but every pie they make is delicious.
