Rosie’s Tavern is a downtown pub featuring craft beers and wine. Pet friendly outdoor patio with live music on the weekends. We were voted as Dunedins favorite by Nextdoor. We do NOT have a kitchen but you are more more than welcome to bring options from local restaurants and diners. We offer free popcorn with beverage and have an array of snack options for purchase. Love this place! I’ve been several times and will continue to go. Located in Downtown Dunedin close to lots of shopping and eateries. Nice friendly spot to grab a beer. It’s not a big place on the inside; a European pub (they seem to have flags of a bunch of different countries, not just England or Ireland) with room for maybe 8-10 people at the bar and 5 or 6 high-top tables. However, they have a decent sized outdoor patio with chairs and umbrellas, and occasionally have live music. The bartenders are friendly and attentive and the prices are decent as well.

My wife and I love this place. We have been here in 2017, and again in 2023. Jack was super nice and professional. If I had to pick a place to drink it would be Rosies. Jack was awesome ! The owner should give him a raise. Thats what customer service looks like!

If you’re looking for a place to have a nice cool drink and slip out of the heat you have found it! Strike up a conversation with the friendly staff and hear the heart touching stories about the photos of pets on the wall and the slideshow. They have a solid selection of beverages and even some popcorn and snacks to much on why you enjoy your drink.

Was a little disappointed that after a great evening was having a couple more beers at the bar. my girlfriend asked for a glass of water. While the bartender was filling up the glass he told her(( there a water filling station out side.)) Like we asking for a favor. We were patrons at the moment both of us had beers in our hands I thought this was quite rude of any establishment. She was simply trying to regulate her alcohol intake. Furthermore when I showed the manager this review he thought it was a joke. So these people will treat your girlfriend like a dog and tell her to go outside and drink water. And think it’s a joke think it’s funny. No she would have been drunk driving home and wanted a glass water what about the liability issues owner think of who your managers are you really need to consider who you hire.

A local tavern is only as good as the person managing the place. I have been setting up a business in Dunedin and have stopped in several times over the past year. The manager Dwight is the best there is! He makes you feel at home and runs a superb establishment. The drinks are great, and the outdoor space is comfortable, which is sooo important during the pandemic.
