They also sell pizza, but it was pretty average. Nothing memorable, and honestly, I think Domino’s Pizza does a better job when it comes to taste and value.
The biggest issue for me was the pricing. I was charged $10.50 for the pastry and $10.20 for the pizza. Spending around $22 for a pastry and a very average cheese pizza just didn’t feel worth it. I’ve honestly never seen a pastry priced that high unless it’s something extremely elaborate, so the total felt excessive for what I got.
The environment is nice, you can sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere, which makes for a pleasant experience. I would recommend it if you’re going for the experience. But I wouldn’t recommend going there just for a regular breakfast, because for the price, it feels overpriced. Also in my receipt it said I got a spicy salami, but it was regular cheese. I don’t know why it said daily special for the pastry either.
Great menu choice from savoury focaccia, pizzas, Italian-style sandwiches to sweets like croissants, tarts, apple cake, etc. Great for both breakfast/brunch and a light lunch
When you charge premium prices and operate in the heart of Brickell, hygiene isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s part of the product. And here, it’s completely missing. The dirty table, the debris stuck in the furniture, the overall neglected look — it ruins the experience.
The products are expensive but more or less in line with the area, $16 for a baguette with prosciutto, $10 for a small mortadella sandwich, and $3.50 for a bottle of water.
The real problem was the TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not only did they literally throw the sandwiches on the table and serve the food without gloves (see photo where she even put her fingers in her mouth!), but they also failed to mention that the baguette contained truffle cream. I’m intolerant to truffle, and this caused me serious digestive issues.
This was right after visiting their other location, which had no air conditioning and products that should really be kept at cool temperatures.
Clients, be careful and always ask about the ingredients!!
Owner and Manager, please train your staff!

We then went around the corner to Joe & The Juice, where the staff were extremely welcoming and gladly scooped out an even more complex type of bread for us without any issue.
The contrast in customer service was quite noticeable….
