I agree with another review that said, “I know, what do you expect it’s fast food”. But here’s my thing…. Arby’s roast beef sandwiches used to be good. Something has changed with the roast beef. They used to be HOT and juicy. Fresh tasting! Secondly, none of my food was hot. It was room temp at best. Is this food just being pre-made and sitting on a shelf waiting for someone to order it?? My fries were not hot and almost stale tasting, like they’d made them an hour ago and had just been sitting. Very disappointed, won’t be going back.

I get it, I get it. It’s fast food “What Do I Expect”. My thing is your business and your employees are only as good as your managers … clearly the expectation at this location is not an utmost importance … I literally just wanted a hot Ham and Swiss for lunch after one of those afternoons at work where you just want to go in the bathroom and scream and cry .. I really didn’t think it was too much to ask for BUT it was!! Pics for your laughing pleasure of my pitiful looking burnt up bread and ham sandwich.

I stopped here on my way through town after a long day of work. I was torn on what to get and ended up getting the french dip. It was not bad, but it wasn’t delicious. It does come with aju and aju sauce was good. And while the sandwich was not bad, it felt very light and was gone in no time. The curly fries, as always were the shining star. I upgraded to a large size, and it still did not feel like I got enough. If I remember right, they did have coke products, though so that’s a plus is a lot of fast food restaurants have went to pepsi only. All in all it was a good place to eat but it wasn’t somewhere that I would seek out to go back.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Arby’s in West Des Moines. I’m not always in the mood for Arby’s, but I sometimes get in the mood for their roast beef with horseradish sauce and their delicious curly fries (which I’ve bought at the store for my air fryer). They also have an impressive Greek Gyro, so I have to recommend this place. Customer service was great. The food tastes great and unique in comparison to most fast food joints. The store is clean. I recommend Arby’s for a quick, delicious meal.

2 for 2. My company orders Arby’s on a regular basis from 7421 vista drive. Twice in two weeks we’ve gotten back to the office missing food. Was decided today we won’t be coming back while I eat my cold curly fries because I had to go back and get a sandwich they forgot. Disappointed to say the least.

Getting into the drive-through line, there were 2 cars in front of us. We waited 15 minutes for the 2 cars in line, made our order, then waited another 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 1 waffle fry order.
They had us wait in a parking space. This is done at fast food locations so the drive-through-time doesn’t show up to store management or make their average order time raise.
Good food as always, the speed was on par with a sit down restaurant, well below average fast food service times.

Horrible optics pulling up. 2 employees outside smoking, one wearing the drive-thru headset. Not friendly, but not unprofessional. App had great deals, and food met expectations. Would not recommend.

The seating area is very comfortable and updated. Thed new bourbon bbq brisket is incredibly good. The curly fries however are mostly small pieces. Very difficult to finish them.

Visibly dirty. Unhappy staff. Arby’s sauce needed refilling. When I asked for packets, it was definitely an irritation and inconvenience. I felt sorry for the people working because they were clearly not happy to be there.
