I usually don’t eat lunch/dinner from Hardee’s, but decided to go this night. My son had the chicken tender combo & he said that was good but my burger didn’t taste right at all. I don’t like the crinkle fries. Apple pie & tea were delicious though

(back in February) My fries came in a clear plastic cup. I ordered a medium/large which looked like a small. I wasn’t informed at the window nor the drive-thru if they were out of fry boxes. I have ordered here at least once before and the quality is nowhere near like any other Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. The only thing I liked about either of my meals was the sweet tea.

Would give a 0 if I could. World’s SLOWEST drive thru, Got there around noon, No crowd, three cars in drive thru with two at the pay/ pickup window, I was behind the car AT the order mic. Took over 20 minutes to FINALLY even get UP to the order mic. Then Another 15 minutes just to get to the pay window. Where the cashier took payment then DISAPPEARED inside the restaurant for over 10 minutes. a 40 minute drive thru wait while only being second in line.

Terrible customer service skills at the drive thru today. Had to back up twice to make sure they heard the ding of a car waiting to order. About 4 or 5 minutes I sat there. Then I yell…hello is anyone working. Then I get a rude response saying that there is a customer in front of me that she is helping. Very very rude response. Most places acknowledges the ding at drive thru and let’s you know that they will be with you shortly. I will go to the one in Great Bridge before I go to that one again. They really need to get rid of the lady so called working today.
