Update: Manager Jay reached out and we were able to take him up on his offer to make it right. With this 2nd chance, the food was satisfying, so I increased the food stars. Also, I increased the service stars to reflect the contact received.
Ordered the deal I saw on the app- 2 topping pizza, cheesy garlic bread and 2 liter soda, then added breaded mushrooms and pizza dough nuggets. Being on Halloween I was expecting a long time until we got the delivery. But almost an hour after I ordered I got notification it was on it’s way. I waited 25 minutes past the latest delivery time, then called about not getting my order. I was told it was on it’s way, even though I was notified almost an hour prior that it was on it’s way. Just over 2 hours after ordering, it was finally delivered. Lukewarm pizza, congealed cheese sauce and warm ranch (ew). It was obvious my order was in the vehicle for over an hour. Disappointing for the amount I paid and the quality I got and time I had to wait.

This Rosati’s was a great experience. The staff was friendly and on top of things, and my order came out quickly. The pizza tasted amazing, and the whole place was clean and comfortable. Easily the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!

Placed an order at 5:15pm. I live 4 miles away. As of 7pm still no pizza. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Don’t ever order from them. You’ll never get your food and when you call they’ll blame it on “the kitchen” and won’t do a thing to ameliorate the situation. The driver later said she couldn’t find my street and could it be a different street name. I have lived here for 3 years. They have come here before. Is she using GPS? My street is on it.
