Best protein bowl I have ever had from any Chipotle! The chicken was not over cooked, and it was not cut up in tiny pieces. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned and in nice sized chunks. The fajita vegetables were delicious. We definitely will be changing our favorite location to this Chipotle in Berea.

stopped in thursday night around 9pm. wish i didn’t. they were “short on rice”, out of al pastore chicken, out of sour cream, out of chips. how are you out of stuff? is it that or that you just don’t want to restock more because it’s getting late? that’s not acceptable, close early if that’s the case. the workers didn’t handle it well they acted stupid and didn’t care. so they made the bowl but skimped so bad on everything but still charged the same amount. didn’t even offer to be a little generous to make up for all the ingredients that we wouldn’t be getting. it was literally a tablespoon of chicken. i honestly should’ve left because there was already a line of other upset customers but tried to be patient. i will NOT be back to this location and i recommend everyone else stay away unless you want to pay for literally half a bowl.

Ok Chipotle. The burrito size is very hit or miss. I just left with a burrito the size of my fist, which isnt very big. I’m actually kinda upset and feel robbed. Looking at the picture, it’s smaller than my fist. Not happy. Sometimes it’s a normal experience and I feel like it was worth the money.

I am always nervous going to Chipotle–the service and food quality have almost always been very poor for me over the past 2-3 years. This visit was a very pleasant surprise! I had a gift card and decided to take my parents to the new location near their house. The facility looks great, the line and the kitchen looked *sparkling* clean (a first in a long time at Chipotle for me), the staff was friendly and helpful, the portion sizes were good, and the food was fresh and delicious for all three of us. Keep it up–we will be back!

Today was the last straw with this Chiptole. My oldest daughter and I always make bets that they will be out of something. Well… this time it was steak (again). After waiting 10 mins for the “fresh” steak, we proceed to check out. Nobody there. A young lady decided to take her break, when the store was busy. Another young lady was then asked to leave her line station,(while customers were still in line to order) and was told to eing out. Then I order a large drink, they don’t have the cups. We leave, go across the street to grab more food, my daughter goes to start eating her bowl… steak was ice cold. How are you going to make customers wait for “fresh” steak and then it be ice cold? $44.00 for 3 steak bowls with ice cold steak…. JOKE! Stay away!

Don’t even bother with a pick up order here. You have to physically watch them so they dont butcher your order. Didn’t get 50% of our order and what we did get was completely wrong. They added toppings that weren’t requested and left out toppings that were requested completely.

Worst Chipotle location. Order was ready at 600 pulled in at 613 did not leave the drive through until 643. Half an hour i sat. There is physically no way out of line. Literally stuck for half an Hour. Today is the second time I was stuck in this line at this location. No apologies, no kind customer service, no explanation. What the hell happened to the service industry? Terrible!

when i entered there was a man on the floor laying down sweeping, but not even sweeping anything he continued to make peoples food without gloves. I ordered online for a pick up at 10:50 left the restaurant at 11:20. I was told my online order did not exist and to go through the drive-through to pick it up after Going through the drive-through I was told to come inside once again. while ordering for the last and final time, I was told they were out of cheese Mind you they just opened. So they continued to sprinkle some of the cheese off of my friends already made quesadilla onto my bowl making an amount of 10 cheese strings on my bowl. Service was slow, Customer service?AWFUL. was told yo talk to an ai chatbot instead of manger which solved absolutely NOTHING. Had 0 problem solving skills. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve been to. The staff is consistently slow, unfriendly, and often out of basic menu items. When I asked for vinaigrette or chimichurri sauce, I was told they were out of both: only to watch the employee hand one to the customer behind me moments later. The store itself is filthy, and the food prep area where they make your order is always disgusting. It’s clear management has no control or understanding of how to run a restaurant. There’s zero sense of preparation, cleanliness, or planning: they seem to lack even basic forecasting or common sense. Overall, this location is disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete disappointment every time. Do yourself a favor just drive up the street to the Middleburg location.
