We stopped here after a long flight home on Nov 19 2025 at 7:14pm. We ordered two 12″ subs, a BMT and a BLT. First issue was no cheese/herb bread available. The BMT had only bread and meat, there was not lettuce, tomato, mayo or anything. Just dry bread and meat. The BLT had dry bread, no mayo, lots of lettuce and tomato, and TWO pieces of bacon – on a 12″ sub. What a total waste of $27.23!!! The employee that helped us was more concerned with getting back to an empty booth to go back on her phone. Your better off going to Jimmy Johns or Potbelly. UPDATE: Sent a message to Subway corporate and they never contacted me. They just send an email telling me my case has been resolved. Just deleted the Subway App from my phone.

Outdated restaurant. Service is decent, food was solid, but they shouldn’t be afraid to throw out wilting veggies. Crazy to pay extra for brown avocado and only got like a table spoon worth.

Had a great experience at the New Lenox Subway! The food was fresh and the service was quick, but what really impressed me was Glen. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant is THE BEST Subway that we’ve ever been to!!! Not only for they have wonderful customer service, but their food is GREAT & the store is clean!!! Whenever we’re in the area, we come here!!! The owner/manager is really nice, & they accept coupons here!!! (Unlike other Subway restaurants!!!) I recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!

Hey owner or manager of this subway please I will respectfully tell you to change your employee because when I was going to park my car in front of the store one of your employe was telling me like giving hand sign that we are close but there was 10 min left to close it up and even on top there was already customer inside giving his order and a employee who fixing chips telling me we are close this is ridiculous. @subway you should step up with the people.??

The subway at New Lenox, IL is pretty good. I usually get the oven roasted turkey on whole grain bread. I am usually satisfied with this selection. The service is good with a pleasant atmosphere.
