Rosatis Pizza Omaha has quietly passed 5 years of being open. It’s easily been the most challenging endeavor I’ve undertaken in my lifetime.

We ordered the chicago style pizza, kids spaghetti with meatballs and chicken parmesean. All were delicious. The pasta was cooked a nice al dente, the sauce was flavorful and the chicken parmesean was done perfectly. The pizzq crust was nice and crispy, not soggy from the sauce. Best chicago style pizza outside of chicago. It was nice to see that this location was just as good asother locations out of state.

I have been craving a deep dish pizza for a while and came upon rosati’s pizza on 145th and west maple. I was craving spicey and sweet so I ordered jalapeño, black olive and pineapple deep dish. Oh it was amazing and absolutely enjoyed eating my fill. Service was great and the environment was relaxing and clean.

The boyfriend and I went to Rosati’s for lunch a week or so ago for the first time. It was delicious. The best pizza we’ve had for quite a while. We shared a 14″ Meat Mania on thin crust. That crust . I was afraid we would fight for the leftovers!! Reasonably priced at $23.00 for the pie. The Restaurant was clean and the service was welcoming, fast, and friendly. They have pastas, salads, sammies and everything looks great. It looks like a great place to have some drinks, eat and watch some football. We can’t wait to go back!

We had Rosati’s for the first time tonight. We ordered the Chicago style pizza with Italian Sausage and Mushrooms, got it to go.
First of all, the pizza was ready when I got there. This is important to me. The smell of the pie was amazing. The flavor of the sauce was a little spicy, a little sweet and a whole lot of awesome. I really just wanted to scrape the sauce into a bowl and eat it with a spoon!
The crust and toppings were very delicious, and Rosati’s doesn’t skimp on the cheese.
We will definitely be ordering from them again!

Overall a good place. The venue is clean. The service was decent. It was not busy when we went. The kids enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs. We all enjoyed the appetizer, dough bites. They were plenty and tasty. The pizza was a Chicago deep dish. It came out in a timely manner. It was decent but not for me. The crust was not what I am used to for Chicago deep dish pizza. The marinara sauce had a little too much sweetness for me. That is probably why the kids loved the spaghetti.

A coworker told me I had to try this pizza, that it was his new favorite pizza now. And let me tell ya, it’s now my new favorite pizza too. We ordered the Rosati’s Monster on a thin crust. It was DELICIOUS. We also LOVED the Cucumber Spritzer Adult Beverage and the Zeppole for dessert.

Rosati’s Monster
Gourmet Italian sausage, meatball, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, onion, black, and green olives, mushroom, and green pepper with tomato and bacon on top of a thin crust with a rolled edge.

Cucumber Spritzer
Cucumber Vodka, Elderberry Liquor, Lime Juice and Simple Syrup. Wonderfully Refreshing.

Zeppole
Bite-sized pieces of crispy dough tossed in powdered sugar and paired with rich nutella hazelnut spread. Serves three to four.

Pizza is a 5/5. Chicken parm & mozzarella sticks are as well. Great service & atmosphere. My opinion: the cheesy garlic bread had very little cheese & tasted way too garlicky. The chicken alfredo was ok, but sauce was very runny & hard to eat with a fork.

**BEST MARINARA SAUCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.**

I’m from the Chicago area and this pizza is nothing like deep dish Chicago pizza… it tastes like regular classic Mariana sauce you get for pasta at the store, the dough was still soft and you can’t taste any cheese lol

Chicago style pizza was good, the little bites (I forget what they’re called) for an appetizer were even better. Clean, quick & friendly service. They did not have milk for kids meals which would be my only suggestion.

My husband chose to eat here for his Father’s Day dinner, but it wasn’t the best experience. The only server in the entire restaurant was the bartender, and he was too busy having drinks with the other couple of people in the building to wait on us appropriately. The music was so freaking loud, and the food was just ok.
