My sister and I visited this location 12/1/25 around 1:30p. We were served by a young lady, I think her name was Ulta. She was excellent and the service was perfect. We each ordered Calzones and the came out perfectly cooked and exactly the way we ordered them. The restaurant and the ladies room were very clean. We had a lovely lunch, enjoyed each others company without feeling rushed. We will definitely go back!

I love coming to this Ledos Pizza location, it has the absolute best customer service and fresh pizza! I was first attended in the front with a young man Ivan, he was very polite with good manners. He quickly got my order with no issues at all. I then only waited a couple minutes for my food that he showed me to confirm it was good. I’ve come here on multiple occasions and will continue doing so! Thanks so much!

My last visit on 02/16/2026, the pizza was average not the best from this location but normally the pizza is delicious! I wanted to eat in but the atmosphere needs to be more welcoming to patrons who desire to eat there. The bathrooms appeared to be blocked and delivery boxes were piled up leading down the hall where the bathrooms are located.

I only got two calzones here by chance because I usually go to a location in Waldorf. This location made their calzones WAAAAAY better and tastier. The crust was beautiful (the other place would stuff all the filling on one side and the other side would be just crust). I’m glad I went to this one 🙂

Great spot, but kind of odd that the bathroom has been broken for over 6 months. Every place that serves food with a sit down option should have a bathroom available for customers. Epic fail on that part especially when I don’t think the bathroom is really broken, they just don’t want customers to use it.

The Manager Mohammad R does not keep his word he lied when we called and he said he would give us credit the next time we ordered… we spent $36.50 on a pizza and we did not receive what we paid for… they ripped us off. Then Mohammad R and Brandon decided they were not going to make it right and did not give us credit. We had food pickup and it was 10 minutes before they closed we got delivery and called immediately. We love Ledo’s Pizza and have been patriots for over 10 years but that didn’t matter in providing great customer service for there ERROR. Mohammad along with Brandon who WAS very RUDE and disrespectful… saying he didn’t care and it was nothing he could do for us!
