The worst Grilled Chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The Chicken doesn’t even look cooked, no flavor at all, and the bread was hard. I also had the Fried Ravioli which is “heart attack” salty. I can only imagine how the rest of the food on the menu tastes. I will never order from this place again.

Love this rosatis! Very efficient in getting your order on time. Friendly at pick up or delivery. I’ve done both. Their thin crust pizza is delicious! I’ve had other rosatis and theirs is the best. I won’t mention which one in the area but their thin crust is too thick….love this location!

Spend $100 here at least once a month. Always remind them to send ranch or blue cheese and they never do. Today I got a burnt pizza. I mean it was hardly edible but who wants to call and wait another hour for a pizza. Time to find a new spot in Huntley

They double charged me for a delivery order we placed and when I called to let them know a young girl said they were going to take care of the credit. And the delivery driver also said that she would make sure if the mistake. Never got the refund, so a 45.00 dinner turned into a 90.00. Sad cause we order from here all the time, we’ll…..we did, never again!

So an ex best friend of mine works here and I had ordered a pizza for my boyfriend and I. Ordered a pizza with no cheese due to my dairy sensitivity, chicken, spinach and pineapple on one half. Get the pizza and the pizza has cheese and anchovies on it. I call to get a remake and the young lady answering phones hung up on me 4 times and once more off another phone number. When going in to get a new pizza, they took the pizza and my receipt and said I would get another pizza sent to my address, which never happened. She is also the only shift manager there today 11/21 so I cant get my refund until tomorrow or Tuesday. Truly hope I get my refund

We’ve been ordering from Rosati’s Huntley for several years. If we ever had an issue, they were so quick to rectify the problem. Fortunately we have had very few issues. I did want to be sure to compliment them as people are so quick to complain & rarely take the time to compliment. The last couple of pizzas we ordered, which we had delivered, have been so delicious! As hot as being taken right from the oven. Thanks to the staff for providing such delicious food & great service!

Ordered food for pickup, called back immediately to change it to delivery. Spoke to the same guy asked if I wanted to pay over the phone or when they got here. Had to call when it was an hour and 10 minutes. They argued with me about the situation VERY poor management and employees never again will we order from that location.
