Went through the drive thru with my husband and got a 50 piece nugget. The lady who was taking our order didn’t ask us if we wanted regular or spicy nuggets. When we got our nuggets they were spicy. I don’t know who is training there people in drive thru but they need better training like how hard is it to ask to say ” would you like the regular or the spicy”? I don’t know but I’m very upset because I can’t eat spicy foods plus it upsets me more that 14.99 got wasted on something I can’t eat. I’m very disappointed.

Dirty with a side of rude. The female manager was very rude to my family even though they gave us the wrong order TWICE. The second wrong order they gave us, they took back and gave it to the correct customer after we had told them we opened the sandwich and touched it already.

The whole restaurant was dirty. The floors and tables need cleaned and the trash was overflowing to the floor. First the guy working the register tried to give us half an order of fries because there weren’t anymore ready yet and then he only gave us 9 nuggets instead of our 10 piece nugget! Not a good experience.

Today we went in at 8:25 pm for dinner, we were about to order our food and the man cooking the fries was picking his nose and wiped the burgers on the prep table! We turned around and went to go eat at Burger King. Poor service! Dirty restaurant!
