Elijah( hope I spelled his name right) at Gettysburg Wendy’s was personable as soon as he was on the speaker taking my order. At the window he went above and beyond to make sure his job was done well. He takes pride in himself and making sure people are taken care of. Elijah is a true asset wherever he works, hopefully it’s acknowledged and he is shown appreciation through the company.

Went through to drive through and the guy taking orders was rude. He told us to pull around when we tried to add a drink to our order. He sounded miserable and was hard to understand. We asked him at the window if he heard that we asked for a large Dr. pepper and instead of responding he walked away shaking his head. He then gave us a large frosty instead of our drink so he wasn’t listening at all. By the time we left we wished we would have just gone elsewhere.

Went there after being at hospital with a family member, first they forgot my burger i went back around and the guy at the window kindly helped us, we got home and realized a lot more than we thought was missing, so I called and decide to go back mind you it’s 1am we are tired and starving. They say i need my receipt, absolutely! I will show it to you i had the email for it and i only asked for the food i orginally was supposed to have. The manager decided to NOT ASK if he could grab my phone to check but SNATCH IT OUT OF MY HAND and accuse me of trying to get a free frosty????? The employee at window was kind & i offered an apology for my attitude at the beginning, but that manager needs to chill out before he find out cause the way he snatched my phone out of my hand felt incredibly disrespectful.

NEVER go to this Wendy’s it is the worst one I ever seen the Service is so bad and the cashier is so rude the food was cold they missed five of my 10 nuggets. There was urine every where they missed the toilet a worker went in the bathroom and did not clean it. It was the WORST Wendy’s i ever been. DON’T EVER COME it is for you own good

NEVER go to this Wendy’s again!! I was coming back from a road trip and we stopped to get food. Not only was the wait time very slow there is so many flies at the cash registers and WORST of all, there were literal FECES in the Men’s bathroom on the wall worst Wendy’s of all do not come here if you don’t want to get sick!!

Went through the drive thru with my husband and got a 50 piece nugget. The lady who was taking our order didn’t ask us if we wanted regular or spicy nuggets. When we got our nuggets they were spicy. I don’t know who is training there people in drive thru but they need better training like how hard is it to ask to say ” would you like the regular or the spicy”? I don’t know but I’m very upset because I can’t eat spicy foods plus it upsets me more that 14.99 got wasted on something I can’t eat. I’m very disappointed.

This newly renovated location is off to a good start. Most of the staff must be new as well because I have never seen them before (had been a once a week regular for about a year). Food was good and the staff was friendly. Both the manager and an employee came around to check how my meal was while I was eating. The place was starting to go down hill a few months ago so I hope this renovation and influx of new employees brings it back to the good place it was when I started coming here in 2015.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. 9/10 employees usually standing around doing nothing while drive thru is full and 2-3 people in store line. When you do finally get to order, you are usually waiting at least 10-15 min while watching the same people stand around talking, just to get handed cold fries and a sloppy burger. I’ve tried to give this place a chance at least half a dozen times over the past 3-4 months, but it’s the same everytime.
