Ordered online, order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, food arrived we had 2 chicken parm sandwiches, called the store to ask what could be done. The person I spoke to said I could get a refund or have the correct sandwiches delivered, I asked for the sandwiches to be delivered as we paid with cash, was then told the driver needed to be called and they would call me back. Received a call back and the same person then was trying to say that their GRILLED chicken sandwich had BREADED chicken, melted parm cheese and RED marinara sauce on it. They then offered to redeliver our food but we would need to pay the delivery fee and tip again which did not seem fair, once again we were told that the person needed to talk to the manager and driver. Called back and said they misunderstood what the manager originally told them to do and the correct food was delivered without charge. Over all we got the correct food yes, but do not appreciate trying to be told that we received the correct food when we clearly did not and then backpedaled on!

Been going here over 15 years. They would have a deal on Tuesdays for two slices of pizza and two cans of pop for $8 (what used to be $5, but I understand costs have risen). Even on other days it was $10 or $11. Apparently now there is new ownership and the price is over $15 with tax even on a Tuesday. The pizza is good, but not for that price.

This place it’s clean no public bathroom though but but if ask they will let you use the employees. Great customer service the slices are reasonable on a Tuesday it’s two slices N two cans of sodas only five dollars great place.

My go-to place for thin-crust pizza in Libertyville. Consistently good… crispy crust, tasty sauce, perfect blend of cheese and just the right amount. Tried lots of others, and always end up going back to Rosati’s. Don’t be put off by the location in a mostly deserted and run down strip mall.

This was our first time trying this location. We used to have great experiences at the Rosati’s in Mundelein, but when that location closed, we decided to try the one in Libertyville. We will definitely never be coming back.
We ordered a pizza for takeout with black olives and mushrooms. When we got home, we found that our pizza had mushrooms, spinach, sausage, and onion. No olives. In addition, the pizza was so sloppily cut we ended up having to completely mangle it while trying to get it apart, and the cheese was so horribly distributed that large swathes of the pizza had no cheese on it at all.

What can I say about this place . Staff was kind and fast . We came from Texas and we were pleased and happy with the deep dish . Couldn’t ask for a better experience when it came to Chicago style pizza . Highly recommended
