Rosati’s Pizza delivers excellent authentic Chicago pizza, but is hampered by a subpar indoor dining experience. Starting with the food, the pizza and cheese sticks I ordered were excellent, and the taste of the sauce/cheese was sweet and tangy. Very different from the usually Charlotte pizza spots, and quite delicious. 100% satisfied! Now about the experience… the inside dining area was tiny, there were only 3 small tables, and one relatively large family could pack out the entire inside, so be warned if you need adequate seating for your family. Also, the dining area was very dirty, crumbs on the tables, trashcan dirty and some random cutlery thrown around the place. Finally, the customer service was lacking a bit… the staff wasn’t particularly nice or helpful. I’d rate this place 5 stars if it was takeout only, but the restaurant portion is lacking…

It was near closing time but they were really nice. The food was good. We sat outside since they had already started closing inside.

EDIT: definitely will never be returning . No offer of refund, or replacement pizza, BUT they did reply to this review with thanks.

Hate to do this review because it’s home town, but ordered a pie and the first one arrived and was clearly sideways. Called and for the first time “complained” about the product at $40 for an large pie. They sent a replacement 45 minutes later and the pics show what was delivered. Store problem or driver problem? Never had this in Chi-town!

We’re familiar with Rosati’s in the Chicago market. Not bad being so far from home. Chicago pie needs work, more toppings and sauce isn’t quite there

We were visiting from out of town and happy to see this Chicago pizza spot near our hotel. All I can say is if you want to Chicago style pizza, get it and go!! We dined in, there was absolutely no customer service. They didn’t even speak. We ordered boneless wings and they were burned to a crisp… horrible chicken. But as I said, the Chicago pizza had a great taste. But with the $75 dollar bill… I expected a 5 star meal…

Good Pizza! Likely just their style but the thin crust pizza has a lot of cheese, and we’re not talking extra just normal. If you like cheese ordering extra is probably not necessary.

July 1 their power went out. As I went up there to pick up a pizza I ordered, on arrival, they advised there was no order in the system, yet they charged my card, and I had an invoice and an order number. Why would I lie for a pizza???? Fast forward to attempting to rectify the situation once their power returned they still did not offer a refund, or replacement pizza. Again with invoice in hand. Very unprofessional service. The crazy thing is I ordered from there three times prior. Now they just lost a customer.

Feel bad for the people of Charlotte if they think this is considered Chicago Style Food..
