Breakfast it’s served until 11am. We got there at 11:05am. So not luck. We got the burrito Supreme instead. The sauce was good but the ground beef filling was not great. Maybe we’ll give a try next time for breakfast.

This food truck was absolutely delicious. We tried the Torta Cubana, Breakfast burrito, Asada and Chile Relleno burritos, and 2 barbacoa and 2 picadillo tacos. EVERYTHING was amazing. The side salas were also delicious and had a good kick to them. We will definitely be back.

They have the best Carne Asada tacos in town. I love him so much. I hate him about four times a week. I sneak away for lunch. It’s my only time I get to eat them by myself. I love my kids taking them for me because they know they’re the best thank you Rosa!!!!!!!

We really weren’t impressed with this place. The tacos just simply weren’t that good. Lacked a lot of flavor. The asada taco meat was cut super fine and it was very very dry. Too bad the toppings don’t come with it. Would make the burrito far better.

It’s authentic Mexican food and you can taste the unique flavors, love and effort put into each of their items. I very much recommend you come to Rosa’s tacos,burritos mas for a quick bite. Whether you’re passing through Taos or you live here, you’ll be eating a meal cooked with their whole heart.
