We were here for a live show, and it was all around a nice evening out. *BE WARY IF YOU ARE CELIAC OR HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES* (see explanation below)

We had to park far from the entrance since there were no spots and they kindly had a driver in a cart who was taking people where they needed to go around the hotel. It was easy getting in to the venue with our printed tickets.

The acoustics in the room were very good and the music was a good volume. A bit loud for conversation but not too loud where you need earplugs. We saw Ned Evett, and he put on a good show and was promptly on stage at 7pm as advertised. There were dance floors open and people were having a good time dancing.

The wait staff was checking in frequently before the show, but was around much less during the show. Our food came out quickly, and the filet mignon and steak salad were both excellent, as well as the asparagus. *THOSE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES/CELIAC* However, if you have dietary restrictions, be very cautious. I can’t eat gluten or dairy, and asked for my salad to be the gluten free version offered, and for no parmesan. There was a crouton hidden in the salad which would pose an issue for anyone who is celiac, and the parmesan was on the salad as well. The menu does have gluten free next to certain options, and vegan, but no dairy free symbol, so that was a challenge. I chose a salad with a note that it can be made gluten free, and it still had the crouton. When I had asked the waitress about dairy free options, she only pointed out that the few vegan items were stated as vegan.

This place is one of a kind! Come early and get some food because they have quite the unique menu. It’s not a huge selection but what they do make is very good. Apparently the menu changes occasionally as well, so just expect the unexpected. Overall the vibe and ambiance of this place is super cool and worth the visit!

Fun and intimate venue with good food and great drinks . We’ve been there a half dozen times over the past few years and have always enjoy ourselves. The live musical talent is awesome and also very fun. We’ve seen Dark Desert Highway ️ (an epic Eagles cover band) who always rock and bring the party – along several other bands.

Small and intimate setting for excellent local entertainment and fabulous food. Every seat is a good seat and service is always top notch.

Buy tickets in advance. My husband and I only ordered drinks and a dessert. There wasn’t much food options that seemed appealing in the sapphire room itself. So we ate before coming. But the live Jazz music was amazing! The atmosphere felt private and fancy. Modernly nice is the dress attire. Definitely plan to spend money on the food. The Lonnie trio was amazing! I hope they come back for more people to experience!

Awesome place to see a show. Its old school Boise classy, not snobby. You get table service, the service is good, the food is very good. The cost of tickets and food is reasonable. It’s a total win!

The Sapphire Room, enveloped in a dark, intimate ambiance, offered a mesmerizing evening, particularly accentuated by the live performance of the Apollo Trio, whose jazzy melodies permeated the space, creating a vibrant yet cozy environment. The soft, sapphire-hued lighting gently illuminated the room, crafting a serene and somewhat enchanting backdrop to our night. While our initial visit only allowed us to explore the drinks and dessert, owing to a pre-show dinner elsewhere, the menu hinted at a world of culinary delights that piqued our interest. Our shared Crème Brûlée cheesecake was a delightful endnote, harmonizing creamy and caramelized flavors in a decadent dance on our palates. As we observed the hearty, seemingly sumptuous portions being served to neighboring tables, we mentally bookmarked a future dinner at this venue. The small, inviting dance floor, nestled amidst the tables, offered a spirited space for patrons to immerse themselves in the rhythmic beats, becoming one with the music. The Sapphire Room, with its blend of live, soulful music, and a promising menu, not only provided a feast for our ears but also teased a future culinary adventure that we eagerly anticipate exploring during subsequent visits. A truly charming venue for an immersive, melodious evening.

The Sapphire Room is nearly my second home. Great live music, mainly jazz and blues, and you can buy a ticket for a particular seat at a particular table. This means no hurry to get there early, your seat is waiting for you.

Such a wonderful and personal venue where they have a wide variety of entertainment. The staff are all so kind and accommodating when we invited last minute guests. The menu is fun and tastes great. Our family loves how the food is so beautifully plated and perfectly prepared. The shows are mostly family friendly so we take our young grandkids (ages 9 to 17) to the shows. They love that there are dance areas and they all dance hard! By the end of the night you will be friends with people around you (if you want). This is our top fun place to go in Boise!
