Went with a lot of expectations but didn’t get the food I was hoping for. First of all, I am vegetarian so my comments are based on veggie food. Food was ok ok. Pretty much all veggi options in chipa and guacamole. Also cheese enchiladas but cheese felt like frozen. Service was ok, they did put the wrong order. But I liked the overall feel of the place.

Had lunch with family here. Had the chicken fajita plate. It was good. Nice atmosphere. Fast service. You place your order at the counter and then go sit at a table or booth. Before we could fill our drinks they called our number. They have a nice selection of salsas, pico de gallo and such to pick from at a help yourself bar. It was Monday at 11:30am and there was no wait. I hear though it’s very busy on Tuesdays for the Taco special.

I’ve been a regular customer since the day it opened. Unfortunately it’s just a waste of money now. Hate to see this place run down hill. I also use this location to order large order for work. It’ll never happen again l! From talking to multiple other people it seems like a lot of them feel the same way. When i called about my personal order last week i was told by and employee “welcome to inflation” the most unprofessional but yet funny thing a manager as ever told me. But, long story short i called to try to get my ordered fixed and what was said in Spanish was absolutely disrespectful. I also tried to cancel my large catering order and they told me “that sucks because we can’t cancel it” and hung up. Here are some photos….

Good place to get a break from the norm for brunches. Food wasn’t that great but it was very pocket friendly to where you could try multiple items to get a taste for them. Tortillas were too chewy, but the breakfast burritos had a great filling. Good option for brunch as long as you skip the coffee here.

So I LOVE Rosa’s. But I can never win with the tacos and even now the shells for the taco salads. Which is extremely sad because I LOVE their taco salads. Most recent orders being 2 nights ago and this evening. 2 nights ago the taco salad was fabulous but the shell was slightly stale tasting but had a slight crisp. Tonight the taco salad shell was so stale it was practically rubbery. I’ve tried ordering their crunchy tacos in the past on Taco Tuesday thinking we’ll for sure get fresh. Wrong. There has never been a time that I haven’t gotten a decent crunchy taco where the shell wasn’t fresh. Tonight included. Got a 2 crunchy tacos and the shells were stale.

We came for dinner , enchiladas,tamales. The place is dead about 4 families on a Wednesday 7. The order comes out quick and as I take a bite into my food it’s cold for those to understand my frustration there’s no waiters to blame the layout is the cooks put the plate together and call your number. The tortillas were good but the enchiladas were nothing to be excited about. Maybe the food is better at other locations but I wasn’t impressed.

Went here for breakfast once and it was great! Food was very good and the guy who took my order was very nice. Can’t go wrong with the breakfast tacos. Not a lot of meat, and if you get potatoes inside it will take up most of the taco. Overall pretty good.
