Rosas Cafe is a great mexican restaurant with a wide variety of food. The restaurant has a really fun colorful atmosphere and the dining are is large enough to accommodate large groups. There is a salsa bar, an outdoor patio and you can watch them make fresh tortillas. Great place for families to have a meal. They also have breakfast.

Please do not come to this place i went on labor day weekend staff were all standing there about 60% of tables were not cleaned from previous guest. It was only 2 families when i went in there i talked to manager there were 4 managers on duty Isabella, alejandra, erick and jesilin Salsa station was not kept clean if this is how they keep sinning area imagine kitchen area

Such good food. Whatever time you come it always has a decent crowd. This visit we had the #9 Fajitas and #8 Fajita plate. Both come with beans and rice. A good portion and was delicious. Also had 2 margaritas. Probably some of the best margaritas I’ve had. So good and just the right amount of kick. Love the spice bar where I can get extra cilantro, slasas, pico, etc to add to my food. Great, friendly service every visit.

Stanley’s generally helpful and kind. It is a self-serve for the most part though after you’ve ordered your food.
Very clean and a great atmosphere. Wish they had more around that made it easier to get to.

The food was so underwhelming. I got the fajita nachos. There was no meat,
It was literally chicken crumbs with two slices of beef. I have gotten this before at a different location and it was much better, see pic below. My husband got the combo nachos. Ground beef was flavorless. Nacho cheese tasted old. Overall we have no desire to ever come back here.

I placed a very large catering order less than 24 hours. The GM, Juanita, was super helpful and very attentive. The catering boxes were very easy to handle making transportation, easy, and keeping the food warm. Everyone absolutely loved the shredded chicken!

Very disappointed on how little frosting they put on the chocolate cake. It has the potential to be really good but there is no quality control. Workers just don’t care to make sure there is plenty of frosting. The cake slice I bought had literally a paper thin layer of icing. For what they charge, you would think they could do a better job.
